I thought I came up with idea of Potato crust with my egg mixture
I add flour & baking soda to my eggs to make them Super Fluffy, you can also use Pancake Mix
In my mixture I put in Chopped Spinach, Organic Mushrooms, Chopped Onion, Prosciutto bits & Bacon bits
I also do the tomatoes & cheese
SO Good😍👌
