Here Alicja talks about working with Colin Farrell in West Cork. Alicjawas born in Tampico, Mexico but grew up in Krakow, Poland. "Bachleda" is the name of one of the biggest and most famous families of Polish highlanders, "Curus" means she is from the one of parts of this bigger ("Bachleda") clan.

@Heraldeena Finally we get to see a Polish celebrity of such delicacy. Too bad if sb should think the way she talks is affected... It's a real delight to watch a foreigner speak English in full sentences without peppering her utterance with 'like' and 'you know' which are so often overused. I hope the Polish ppl living abroad will follow in her footsteps and start learning proper English. Thumbs up!!
Alicja is so professional and beautiful! I would love to hear her speak Spanish and German. her English is so good it is hard to believe that she speaks 3 other languages fluently. hope she gets to start in some great films and develops a career of her own, and not be known as Colin Farrell's 'baby mama', which sounds horrible in my mind. I think they love each other and have Henry to love. they remind me of Clark Gable and Carole Lombard. just perfect together and so in love!

@Mandyyy69 agree with the first 2 lines, but the third.... she does have an accent, Polish accent... which in not that thick but it is easy to say where she comes from.... certainly not the US... although, it shows she's trying (in a good way)!!

what was that "she goes with the flow"? I guess Alicja didn't know either why she had said that, judging by this hissing sound of hers just after it's been said...
its difficult to listen to the whole interview. she doesnt have anything interesting to say and she is repeating herself. i wish she had practiced her answer before the interview
she seems really tense, no wonder, but still i wouldn't praise her for accent nor playing. she's not tallednted as for an actress, she's just well educated and as someone said before, she keeps acting even in the interviews, where we'r supposed to see her privately. Put some humour on Alicja!
