Intellectual output of tasawwuf is on a constant decline, it's all times low as of our current times, as said by some scholar. While Sufis used to be the people who shaped civilizations and cultures as said by hazrat. Although I am a lowly young man with a minimal exposure but as far as I've seen I'm unable to spot any Sufis, at least to the extent of subcontinent who deserve to be called one as per the past standards of sufiiya! We muslims are really doomed in all spheres.😢 Despair! Reading this again, i realise these words don't suit my dwarf stature. I probably speak more than i should. I hope this ain't showoff.
I don't understand an iota from the lectures from Ahmed Javed Sahib but still I love to listen to them regularly and hope that one or the other day a window shall open to get a bee, s mouthful nectar from this ocean.

Cavafy) Dover Beach (by Mathew Arnold) I think your audience, especially those who are Urdu savvy, will benefit immensely from them. These works need to be talked about, discussed and interpreted in Urdu and I think there are not many people around today who can do justice to these great works of yore. Dervish Ali sahab is such a unique & well read person. I've been following his comments on hazrat's channel for quite sometime, also got to check out the amazing content (videos) on his channel. Even though he has sometimes come up with hazrat's criticism, which is necessary for a " well informed dialogue " , hazrat never took those comments ill unlike the majority who would have got offended with that and only ended up praising him. The Hollow men : The body is there with all its physical and non physical attributes but the soul is not enlightened. The soul is in the caterpillar stage. Hence all physical ( actions) and non physical ( ideas) attributes are meaningless. There is a force but it is paralyzed I. E meaningless action as a result of meaningless thinking due to the unenlightened soul.
