36:38 time for a service truck. Tools, common parts, air compressor, maybe a spare front and rear tire for both brands of tractors and on board fuel. You’re a great boss man. Keep at it like you and don’t ever change, you’re gonna not only be at the top, you’re gonna redefine what it means to be at the top.
Im a customer here in the Sault and im back for the third year in a row. Ive had a few different drivers clean up my driveway, homeboy with the stache is awesome. Down to earth and did the best job. Keep it up guys. Cheers
You’re amazing bro! Wish every boss can be like you, not only are you the boss but you are a leader and that’s what a lot of employers lack imo. You are always so positive, kind and respectful to your employees and I’m sure your crew loves working for you cause I know I would! Wish you nothing but the absolute best, good health, happiness and LOADS of success! God bless you brother! Much love from Toronto, Ontario!🙏🏼💯🫶🏼✝️
At only 24 years old Stefano is a breath of fresh air when it comes to showing his employees what a true boss should be! Very approachable hard working guy that aint scared to get his hands dirty! Love from Glasgow Scotland! 🏴🇨🇦
Watching this after a 17h snow shift. Man love the way you run you’re crew and talk to your guys. Definitely something I I strive to do with my crews. Not easy running commercial sites😅 Watching from MN
I know right! These new generations of young men are just absolutely lazy. They don’t give af. It’s hard to find good hard working guys who actually put in effort these days unfortunately
Love you shovelling the walkway and making it right. It happens, and operators learn as they go. Our first snow fall 2 weeks ago in SW Ontario 2’ the first night, and 3’ the rest of the week. The same heavy wet snow you have in this video. Stopped counting at 20 hours in the blower and only doing the necessary work on our 600 acres. We have a Ford NH TV6070 bidirectional and a Pronovost blower. Just happy to do our own snow and help neighbours as needed. Keep up the good work, you and the crew.
Your probably the best boss these guys can have super nice, always complimenting, and always available to help his workers instead of other bosses just sitting in their chairs all day, keep up the great work very successful business in the making and very successful right now loving your vid’s keep it up! And your workers are very blessed and hard working you made some great choices on workers loving it!
I think that is the best way to handle those situations you send the person who made the mistake. Yes mistakes happen everywhere everyday but you own the mistakes yourself and fix them yourself the best you can.
Excited to see what the Season 3/2025 Winter has in store at Northern Snow should be a good season as always that's for sure. Cheers from Mississauga Ontario.
I did this when I was younger back in Winnipeg at -40 sometime -50 I don’t miss it. We did shovelling as well so when it’s that cold getting in and out of the truck sweating wasn’t ideal😂. But it’s fun to watch and brings back memories.
Stefano i think you make a great Boss / Owner well handled on everything unless your playing for camera lol well done great to watch well handled on everything
Time to upgrade some of your mowers for next year. Get one or two multi force mowers, that way for your shovelers they have plows on stand on machines. Just a thought
Hi Stefano! I'm in Michigan and back to watch another season, I can't get over the size of your company and how many tractors and employees you have! You're such a great boss, just love your attitude and love for your employees and customers. It's amazing how cool you stay working through the issues, what a great young man! Also, your videos get better every year! Stay safe out there!
Deff can be a headache but having bosses that are willing help the way they do without getting pissed off makes it easier on these workers and makes them wanna do better!! Would love to have that many guys working together and the help when breakdowns happen getting fixed or solved fast!! Best of luck with the rest of the season!! How many hrs these guys put in isn’t easy plowing/snow blowing!!!!
in the car at around 53:00 i did notice what you meant. earlier in the video at around 47:00 you went back to the shop after being out with the guys and keeping it positive while everyone at the shop kind of just sat in the negativity and its clearly shown on Mitch's face lol. like you said its first event it happens. glad to see you guys made it through.
I just found your channel yesterday and I binge watched all your videos, each video has a good balance of information and entertainment I love it, keep it up the good work 👍
Great video. New watcher. Hope you’re taking care of that mechanic. He shows great attitude and great work ethic. Hard to find people like that these days!
I thought it was suppose to be done snowing at 2am, but I just heard you say that it's 4:46 and that's the way it is here in the states, especially here in the south.
Hahaha 100% first snow event is the hardest of the year! I always send my guys out an hour or 2 early and still end up getting done later then when we really get things rocking
This exactly why we ditched our hybrids, The clogging got so bad we were losing drivers early and late in the season. We run JD6110M's with the older normand inverse blowers that never clog and rarely bust pins. 5cms or 35cms doesn't matter to the older blowers, They just EAT. They leave a tiny pile on the street but will trade that for downtime anyday.
Stefano whether you are in this business for 3 or 30 seasons there will always be first night jitters. However you and your team worked through all the issues. Onwards and upwards.
wonder if another fuel tank at the back of the yard would help with the congestion in the driveway That’s a massive fleet bro thanks for sharing stay safe Cheers from Nova Scotia
Maybe you can drop a fuel cell into a tailer, and have the operators park their machine. While they fuel up on coffee and sugar inside, your shop guys fuel up the machines outside. Just an idea? The guy last in line is probably waiting an hour. Or would that be incentive to finish quicker. 😀
Also think about a sliptank fill their tanks or diesel cans as needed that way you dont have to keep running back and forth to fill the cans . Saving you time and fuel lol also also to fill the machines up as they come in so you dont such aline up at the pump also a box or a tote in the back sectioned off labled for xtra pins to drop off as needed tool caddy and drill . Noticed a lot of trips back to the office lol
Starting a snowblower when the engine is at high rev is very hard on gears not only for the blower for the tractor also I know you said put your tractor full throttle when you start your blower but it's not a good idea it really pounds on those gears and chains take it from somebody who knows
Is this guy the boss/owner of the business or does he work for someone as an employee?? Its hard to dictate based on what he does and how his office staff talk to him
He is one of the owners. As a business owner myself ill explain. The reason you're confused might be based off how he's running around being told where to go etc. But this is what a hands on owner does when he has people in positions such as client care, managers and mechanics. He runs around in the field making sure everything is running smoothly and is doing whatever is needed to keep the needle moving be it small or large. Essentially he's "floating" and handling problems that other people cant do because they are tied up doing things he hired them to do to operate the business. He's doing what any great hands on owner does and has specific tasks/jobs delegated, so for example his dispatch/shop manager letting him know where a problem is so he can go and fix it asap to keep production going. Sure he could hire someone to float but he's young and likes to be hands and eyes on. Hope this clears it up @superiorlawncare40 and correct me if im wrong @stefanonarducci
I'm no Kubota guy, but I notice on the side of the M5 it says Dual Speed. A few years ago I was considering a Kubota M108S Dual Speed tractor for snow. I reached out to a well established resi company in Quebec that ran a fleet of Kubota/New Holland tractors. I asked what there opinion was of the M108S Dual Speed and I was told to stay away from those for a snow tractor, you need to find the right operator to run it and I was advised not to buy one for snow. So I'm guessing your M5 must be similar to the M108S Dual Speed model.
"You got four wheel drive!" "I got bald tires." Buddyyyyy get a grip. Also, guy drifting into the lot right after was def just excited to get loose during the first snow aha
Great channel, I just subbed.. I am in America and am starting a business doing snow removal in parking lots.. When bidding contracts, would you guys add operating costs for the given event plus a percentage or just operating costs.. I base my bids on 16 snow events ..

Im a customer here in the Sault and im back for the third year in a row. Ive had a few different drivers clean up my driveway, homeboy with the stache is awesome. Down to earth and did the best job.
Keep it up guys. Cheers
The way you manage and talk to people needs to be studied! Keep smashing it bro! We all rooting for you
yeah, his positive attitude is something that really would keep everyone pushing on
It is nice to see that Your boss can show you and even teach you how to do your work if you new in this type of stuff
You’re amazing bro! Wish every boss can be like you, not only are you the boss but you are a leader and that’s what a lot of employers lack imo. I admire how well you treat your staff. It goes a long way man.. all the best to you and your crew!
Great video, 23, recently started up my own Hardscape/snow removal company in Toronto. Great future insight on snow removal
Watching this after a 17h snow shift. Man love the way you run you’re crew and talk to your guys.
Definitely something I I strive to do with my crews. Not easy running commercial sites😅
Watching from MN
Awesome work bud and your crew keep up the good work just subscribed
Season 3 baby! Let's goooo
Following your work from Croatia (Europe). Very inspiring, good luck!
So quick to call and bail out on just being proactive and figuring the very simple problem out,it's like they are glued to their cab chairs
I know right! These new generations of young men are just absolutely lazy. They don’t give af. It’s hard to find good hard working guys who actually put in effort these days unfortunately
Been patiently waiting to watch this massive event to the season.
Yup concrete snow. My least favourite snow.
I took off work for it and kept my kids home from school

Great job, great quality video. All about the snow.
Nice
Great leader and team love the morale.
I love it we just got slammed in BUFFALO NY❄️ cheers ☕️
I think that is the best way to handle those situations you send the person who made the mistake. Yes mistakes happen everywhere everyday but you own the mistakes yourself and fix them yourself the best you can.
I love this stuff
Awesome video! Been waiting for this season of snowevents. Keep killing it brotha, much love all the way from Denmark!

Stefano you are a model for all bosses, taking care of the employees that way, gloves for busted bolts, etc. Success is no accident you cultivate it,
Appreciate the support!
We need more videos, your so good with your team its cool to watch
You had a Kabota my day coming back to your shop right now because it broken down

Great video man I was waiting for this for a long time always nice to watch after I finish my snow shift. Watching from Quebec 👌
Appreciate you watching from Quebec!
As a farmer I appreciated the “little glow plugs for you farmers all you tractor go getters”😂
I just found your channel yesterday and I binge watched all your videos, each video has a good balance of information and entertainment I love it, keep it up the good work 👍
Thank you💪
Keep up the great work around town.
First snow is always a mess brother!!! Nice work
Nice work
Season 3!!
I have been waiting for this video we had to drive through that storm
I love your videos keep it up
Great video. New watcher. Hope you’re taking care of that mechanic. He shows great attitude and great work ethic. Hard to find people like that these days!
Erick’s the best!
Stefano yoi gotta get a tank on that pickup, we get filled as we go
Good vlog my man always love to see your workers getting down to business keep up the good work 👍👍👍💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥
I thought it was suppose to be done snowing at 2am, but I just heard you say that it's 4:46 and that's the way it is here in the states, especially here in the south.
Watching from Syracuse NY
💪👊
As a farmer, I appreciate you letting em glow plugs glow. The only thing that would make this better is if you had a nice 6,7 or 8R Deere…
64" blower on a L3560. Kubota/Landpride Hybrid. Hasn't clogged once yet this year! Five snow events. Trick is definitely to go slow.
Leaders never lose sight of the goal.
Ol boy straight blew a head gasket and then calmed down
Great work guys were do you guys get your jackets from. They look great
Mainer here, curious on what your price range is per driveway and why you run that style blower over a front mount
Hahaha 100% first snow event is the hardest of the year! I always send my guys out an hour or 2 early and still end up getting done later then when we really get things rocking
This exactly why we ditched our hybrids, The clogging got so bad we were losing drivers early and late in the season. Maybe he is a little bit lazy I don't know either. LOL. Have a wonderful winter season! Stefano
Stefano whether you are in this business for 3 or 30 seasons there will always be first night jitters. However you and your team worked through all the issues. Onwards and upwards.
tailgate down to throw some bags in the back, nice lol
put a 100 gallon transfer tank in a pickup that way you can fuel tractors up on the go.
@ 1:09:37 that's how you take a minute and service a customer in a hectic moment - kudos to the chad employee
No small task to dispatch and handle that many operators. Great job. Glad we don’t have this concrete slush too often in Alberta 😂
Have you ever considered offering your customers a application of salt brine on their driveway pre-storm? Thoughts? Keep up the awesome work 👍
Why don’t you guys run any plows for back up or extra clean up for the yard or the sites?
wonder if another fuel tank at the back of the yard would help with the congestion in the driveway
That’s a massive fleet bro thanks for sharing stay safe
Cheers from Nova Scotia
I definitely agree. If you have capability, i would move them into 3 different areas so your time for operators is more efficient.
Please change the smoke detector battery in the shop
Maybe you can drop a fuel cell into a tailer, and have the operators park their machine. While they fuel up on coffee and sugar inside, your shop guys fuel up the machines outside. Just an idea? The guy last in line is probably waiting an hour. Or would that be incentive to finish quicker. 😀
how come some of your units got a beacon light on top and some don’t ? (love the content)
So you don’t plow at all? You back drag and then fire on the blower to clear it up? Different
To help with clogging, have you tried spraying silicone in the blower shoots?
37:59 …it’s crazy the new guy had his hands in his pocket when you are trying to help him …
Those city plows are cute
Starting a snowblower when the engine is at high rev is very hard on gears not only for the blower for the tractor also I know you said put your tractor full throttle when you start your blower but it's not a good idea it really pounds on those gears and chains take it from somebody who knows
Maybe time for a 5 ton truck with a fuel tank or a Thunder fuel trailer to fuel the tractors while they are out.
So once you gravel pack for the first snowstorm and it stays frozen, do you blow the rest off on the next events?
How do you mount front fenders so you can put a loader on/off.
Only the JD breaking down. 😂
My bad at the end m5 blew a clutch.
Is this guy the boss/owner of the business or does he work for someone as an employee?? Its hard to dictate based on what he does and how his office staff talk to him
Owns the place with a partner (Mitch I think)
He is one of the owners. As a business owner myself ill explain. @@Drew-in-NoDakNick is the other Owner.
Sometimes you have to walk around and check your equipment

When you put it in those words 3650 people done in 6 hours with 25 NEW operators
Love your videos. I submitted for a coaching call but the calendar wasn't working fyi
Got anything going on In Alberta?
Should switch to 6 series much easier for operators use. But the transmission shifts hard
Someday.....all the tractors in a shelter building would keep the snow and sun off them!!
What do you charger per driveway?
Great leadership, Stephano!
Is that JD with the clutch pack a lemon? Look up lemon laws if you aren’t familiar. Not sure if Canada is the same
"You got four wheel drive!"
"I got bald tires."
Buddyyyyy get a grip. Also, guy drifting into the lot right after was def just excited to get loose during the first snow aha
