I just thought about you today. I wondered where your videos went to! And here we are! Cheers!🍺
yes i went onto his channel to check for new videos. maybe i missed something! :D :D
He don't put out very many. Like me
So glad to see you in 2024!
The "Umbrella Corp", now that's a throwback
Nice to see a new video from you Matthias......🏴
You're back! So glad to have you back!
I missed that beautiful place on this earth that you live in. Thanks for the drone shots once again and thanks for setting up the shots and going back for the camera in the cold weather just for us. Chilly in Texas but not snowy for sure. Thank Mattias!
Thanks for the reminder to not touch metal with bare hands in sub-zero temps.
And especially not with the tongue 🤪
_"Umbrella Corporation Our business is life itself..."_ haha ha! I never noticed that logo on your truck before. Funny! 🤣
Do a little research on them-you'll find some let's say, _"very interesting things about them"_ like I did some months back.
Looks like a Resident Evil video game reference
also it seems to be an old German fire engine
Kicking back from sunstroke here in Oz, nice to see some snow. You sure have a lot of equipment. He who has the most toys wins. 😀
Wins what-the biggest shock that they do nothing for you when you stand before Jesus Christ to give an account for your life?
"Seek the Lord *while He may be found.* Call upon Him *while He is near"* [Isaiah 55 v6]
@@DanKoning777 It´s a joke! religious nut! 😀
@@DanKoning777 ooh a Religious Nutter never grew out of an imaginary friend huh
So pleased I found your channel young man. Do miss your video's. Thank you for sharing this with me. Ready for the next one!
This brings back memories, but instead of a skid steer it was me working hard enough to take my shirt off while shoveling snow and instead of an excavator working midwinter with grapple it was me in the summer working for $5 an hour and a free lunch. 😊
These toys are wonderful, but only if you remember how much work they really do.
Oh, now you're showing them remove snow from a roof too! The whole idea is you make a big enough pile to fall into while you're clearing a roof so you have a safe place to land when you slip!
I hope you have kids and at least show them the poorer old ways too.😂
The comments reflect the fact that you've been sorely missed. I hope that you're able to upload more often and that your subs share the content so it's worth doing.
Anyway, thanks Matthias for the time/effort in putting this video together. God bless.
"It's about minus 20 or so, it's not bad."
Reminds me of stopping to give someone a lift in Alaska, they were walking along the road a good couple of miles from the town dressed in ordinary clothes.
There we were in the car, multiple layers, full ski gear and we nearly froze just opening the window to ask him if he needed any help, it being so cold.
"Cold? Thanks but I'm fine, this is shirt sleeve weather."
Thought something in the same direction. At that temperature most of us would set the next tree on fire and cuddle all clothing and blankets we can grab next to it to avoid developing severe frostbite.
He's alive! HE'S ALIVE!!!
Snow is one of natures best insulation.
Snow is also very good for water absorption too. Used to use it years ago when trapping beavers to dry their pelts off after pulling them from the water. Just pick up a couple handfuls and wipe it back and forth across the pelt and it’s dry.
always good to see new videos, cant wait for rock crusher to get dusted off !
I remember banking the house every winter on the farm stopped the cold air. Never a dull moment 😂 hey you been out to the gravel pit😂😂😂😂
Here's a thought. Throw a long piece('s) of that black string you used to lower down your GoPro, across the bed of the lumber truck. Ratchet down the load and tie up that string and you have a nicely contained bundle of wood when you dump it.
I love your videos, please keep em coming! :)
I thought you had a breakdown after your last adventure on the crusher. It's a joke...... It was so depressing for you. I wish you a new year full of new adventures to share with us. You are an artist in your videos. I like you very much. Hello from Quebec. Here it is sugaring time at my maple grove.
Love the low angle sun. Reminds me of living in Alaska.
its nice to see this old German fire fighter MAN have a life in sweden but it looks harder than stand in a warm fire department and waiting for a call to help people :)
My wife and I spent a few days in Kilpisjarvi a couple of weeks ago. So we got to experience this cold and the beautiful countryside. We were treated to an amazing Northern Lights display as well.
Love the way the wooden cross takes the snow burdens away from the shelter’s shoulders ✝️
everybody gangsta until swedish man with mechanocross arrives
Good job....glad your back. Probably removed 10+ tons of the roof. Should extend its life...
Nice to see an amazing video from you once again. That was cool cleaning the roof with a giant roof shovel. Hope to see more video as we move closer to spring.
You have all the snow. Here in the Texas Panhandle, everything is burned from the fires!
No more snow for you. It's all in New England or California now.
Good afternoon Finally a new video came out, completely disappeared. Greetings from Russia!
Man, I remember regularly having winters like that back when I was a child here in Slovenia, but nowadays, even getting 30cm of snow is an extreme rarity.
This winter, we had less than 3 weeks of snow combined, in 3 separate bursts where each melted in less than a week.
Global warming sucks.
But it's not climate change right?
It's better than global cooling, unless you prefer mass starvation.
@@jonanderson5137 It's not, though.
Any climate change, whether hot or cold, will catastrophically affect food production.
Спасибо за долгожданное видео😊. Не пропадай на долго
Thanks for the video
I was just thinking about you, wondering when the next video is going be out. Keep up the good work, love your channel
Glad to see you back in action. PA, USA
You could market that as the "crucifix snow removal tool" or the "Jesus snow buster" ......
Ha ha ha, fy vad häftigt. Jag har aldrig sett en takräfsa för en grävskopemaskin. Du är maskinkungen !
Thank you for another entertaining and informative slice of your life from your neck of the woods. Great content.
Glad to hear!
Härligt å se dina filmer tur vi har vår här i Småland väntar på nästa film redan .
Great video my friend! Chores in the winter time will keep you warm, that's for sure! Hope the wheeled excavator damage is minimal! Hope you're doing well!
Jeez, I thought we got a lot of snow this year. Your snow season looks pretty brutal. It can cause some issues for sure.
Cheers from the mountains of New Mexico.
Glad your well is just 5 meters deep, we have 100 meter deep.
Yes great see you again - also you have piece of equipment that i would love to have ! But no battery jump box ! Come on😅
Trevlig video som vanligt! Lite annorlunda sätt att ta ner snön på men det fungerade 😅 Hur har snöläget sett ut, är det mycket eller mindre än vanligt?
Nice you're a thinker buddy..thanks for makin
I just discovered this channel. I am very impressed with his machinery collection and vehicular prowess.
Finally a new Video! *woooho
Glad to see you're back, don't leave us hanging for so long again, blessings from sunny Florida.
Glad to see you and your videos again thanks
Dude ! Next level cleaning the roof from snow 🤩
Need more videos ! 👌👌💯😎
The roof cleaner is the smartest invention since the fire
Thanks M for your vid 😇💗💗💗 love and bless you guys.
On our well we needed a "torque arrestor", a rubber bushing that fits around the body of the pump and pushes against the sides of the well casing pipe. If you don't have one, when the pump turns on the inertia of the rotor will spin the pump body the opposite direction, which can twist off the wires or pipe!
free insulation, good idea. (the snow that is)
Brilliant roof snow removal!
Another brilliant video, talk about resilience living there.
oh yesss great video thanks!!
Nice work with the drone!
The waiting is over. M Bjoernstroem is back. Such great filming and editing. You are a true master. We look forward to the next videos ❤❤❤
i love the "umbrella corporation" truck, great detail
If we had snow like that here in the UK, never mind -20 conditions, people would panic buy the shops clean. Good to see your videos again friend, love your laid back attitude. Quick question...you ever had any slide outs while driving that fast in the snow with a load ????🚚🌨🏴☠😆
Macht immerwieder Spaß dir zuzusehen.👌 Grüße aus dem Süd Harz in Thüringen.
Very clever solution!
Parabéns amigo M, o cavalheiro é verdadeiramente um engenhocas!Um abraço do Alentejo o Saara Europeu!
Nice classic house, love it👍🏼
that was awesome! always looking forward to your uploads!
I enjoy your videos very much and they always make me miss the winter in northern sweden. They always feel incredibly calm and serene to me, and i consider myself lucky that i get to experience them sometimes when i'm on test trips close to Älvsbyn. Thank you for all the effort you put into these videos, it really shows and i appreciate it a ton!
You do know how to operate a skid steer and any other machine you lay your hands on.
I've been waiting for an update from you, thanx for sharing
Love the umbrella corporation sticker on the front of the truck!! Resident evil lol
Yes finally a new Video 😍😍
Having powder snow sure looks nice compared to our SE Alaska cement!!
Prk 403.
You need some ventilation in winter to combat condensation, unless you have a variety barrier under the floor. Good to see your videos again.
It’s hard to imagine all that cold and snow. Where I am in Australia we just had a few days of 40° and 45°C and a few more round the corner.
Always nice to see what you're up to! Thanks for sharing.
Hello from the Netherlands.
thanks for the video M .
Kind regards, Hollandduck
Challenging Life Experiences are best served in the snow, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the great content as always!! I’m surprised your account hasn’t blown up(gone viral). Your content is a million times better than other channels!
The missionary excavator, waving the giant cross around.
Hah, "Umbrella corp"
And using that trunk as a broom to sweep the bed clean of snow and ice looked amusing :P
I was becoming seriously worried that you had decided to stop producing content! 😱
I was so HAPPY when I saw this episode published! Yahoo!😆
=========
Couple of questions …. If you can answer…..
1). You worked so hard on your WELL, how did that hose come off? Did not really follow how that happened!🥹
2). You stated you had to deliver firewood. …. Yet you delivered, snow covered and I assume frozen trees….
What would the people need to do to get that wood into a state where it could be used in a fireplace?
Would someone need to warm it, then cut it, then split it?
Just curious how all of that would work?
🤪😜
That was an ingenious way to remove snow from the roof, yes, I realize that it would not be best for an house … but for your storage area …. I think it worked great!
😃
How often do you need to cleans roofs like that?
Once a week, once a month? 🧐
DUDE:
It was negative degrees Fahrenheit …. HOW in the world do you STILL have fingers …. Doing things with gloves? I would expect someone would need to rush you to the emergency room to save your fingers!
🥶
Thank you for getting another episode published!
I really enjoy your channel.
Even more videos would be welcomed! 😲
Wood can be delivered in so many ways. The more processed it is, the more expensive. This customer probably wanted to have the whole trees and do the rest himself.
Frozen wood is no problem, just take it inside and it will thaw in 24h. The trick is to have a small batch inside at all times.
Snow clearing roofs of course depends on weather. With heavy snowfall maybe once every two months. Its more critical towards the spring when the snow gets heavy with water. The dusty snow weighs almost nothing compared to snow around the freezing point or above.
Growing up in northern Wisconsin, we would bank our house with snow every time, the drafts went away instantly it changed the comfort level in the house dramatically. The only thing worse than a cold winter is a winter without snow For insulation
I’m from Wisconsin too - did you worry about the snowmelt near the foundation with the basement?
Thank you for posting this. Nice to see some winter stuff from you. Especially as here in southern Finland the spring is already coming and I can look at your video and think "yeah, it was like that again but we're through it and the snow is slowly disappearing and there's already many hours more daylight". Everything's just so much easier when it's not -20 and dark almost all the time. All the best for your projects.
Thanks for taking us with you, beautiful editing and droneshots! Cheers from Switzerland
I have roof rake envy. Thanks as always for the videos.
Welcome back bro
9:30 Best color for a snowshovel hahaha!!! :D
Andrew Camarata from Sweden is back 😅
So much nice equipment!
A friend of mine told me he had a lot of issues with iron deposits on his well pump in Piteå. And he measured the voltage between the pump casing and the ground and could see a voltage potential. That caused an electrolytic process causing the pump to draw iron to it. So it might be an idea to remove the earth for the pump, or at least measure it.
But if it was just sediments, then it might not be an issue.
Love your videos bud! keep them coming. It's outrageous how you folks are able to survive in really cold temperatures.. if it gets any close to 0 c we start panicking in Texas.. The heat we can handle the heat.. it's the damn cold that get you thinking.
Awesome content!
Ha funny looked like a big cross.Hint :at our mine in BC Canada we have alpine roofs for snow loads.Every year we would go on snomobiles and shovel our buts off to help with snow load. One ole feller came up with mixing a full can of wd-40 in a bug sprayer with half varsol to make more coverage.Sprayed the roofs once we have never had to clear any snow off it all slides off after a certain amount.
Bara -20 så inte så farligt... Håller fullständigt med 🙂
Norrlänningar frys int !!
Well done! Literally.
Thanks!
I've been going to your channel almost every day hoping I missed a video.
So nice to hear from you Sir!
Nu har jag nog sett allt, raka ner snön med två flexande timmerstockar gjorde min kväll 🤪..😂 Trodde i det längsta att du skulle ta med plåttaket också.
Just a heads up, that pump will fall off again. The vibration over time with the aid of gravity will cause that coupler to slip and the pump will hang from the wires again. I’ve recovered pumps from the bottom of wells when the pump fall off and the wires twist up and break.
In the states, the industry standard for submerged pumps is to use Schedule 40 PVC and thread everything together. Hope this helps!
love your content ceep it rolling
Até que enfim ja estava com saudades
Amazing job! Greetings from Austria!
