I just recently found this channel and I absolutely love how hard yall are on the bikes just basically fxxking around yall keep my attention thru the whole video which is hard to do these days because so many ppl post such crazy things but yall keep it up man
I doubt Honda will EFI their 150R. It hasn’t been touched since it was released and in my opinion was only developed because they didn’t want to make two strokes anymore. Dropping the 85 was a huge mistake as it added weight and complexity to a bike made for kids to race. Honda’s corporate image was at stake so they had to make it. No other manufacturers went down that road for good reason. Adding EFI is going to make a heavy bike heavier. But I do love my 150R and I do feel that it is a great bike for adults wanting a mini 450 to play with whenever they don't feel like bringing out the big bike. Kids would enjoy 85's more then the 150's on average for racing though.
Same thing as what Carson brown has been doing for a while, love it guys! He’s up in the pnw & would be cool to get together on something like this with him 🤷🏻♂️👍🏻
Just so you guys know the 125 might have blown up because you put extra oil. When you add extra oil it actually leans out the mixture because the extra oil is taking up volume that would normally be gas, as a result the bike will run much hotter. Just stick with the oem recommended 30:1 if the bike and jetting is stock.
Adding extra oil does not lean out the mixture, it makes it run rich. Having less oil then recommended makes it run lean. In all honestly, it really depends on how you ride the bike, if you're a competitive racer, then you want to lean the bike out to get as much power as possible. But if you're a beginner, you have to find the sweet spot, as more oil will cause plugs to foul, but running it lean will kill the engine.
@@Yz4Life If you have a 2 stroke engine that is designed to run a 40:1 premix and you run 20:1 premix instead without any jetting changes, then yes it will indeed run lean. Rich or lean refers to the amount of fuel. 4 strokes can also be rich or lean.
@@ChickenKing55 oil counts as fuel as it is mixed with the fuel, yes I realize what your are saying. My yz250 is pretty temperamental to what mixture it runs, but it is not because it is actually running lean or rich, it has to do with energy density and joules in a given fuel, the richer you mix your fuel, the less energy dense it will be, due to oil not having nearly the same energy density as gasoline. So you will in turn feel a change to the engines performance, it is actually lubricating better than a leaner fuel mixture but it just isn’t giving the same amount of energy for said amount of fuel going into the cylinder for each stroke. If that makes any sense… best I could explain it lol. So yes I guess the engine would be running leaner in terms of actual gasoline amount (but it is not running lean as in going to blow up)
A fuel injected / updated CRF150R/RB has been the pipe dream of many since 2010 or so when it's bigger brothers got FI. But since it's not a 'premier' model used in pro racing, it will likely suffer the same fate as the CRF250X did throughout it's entire 14 year production run (2004-2017) and no further R&D efforts will likely ever be put into it, remaining unchanged until they discontinue it. The fact entry level trail bikes (CRF125FB and CRF250F) now have fuel injection and not the 150R shows where Honda's priorities and main interests are. Sorry but Honda does not listen to the desires of their ever fateful loyalists.
Sometimes you get lucky and blow the sparkplug tip out the pipe. If its still got compression i doubt it when down the jug and scored it. Too hot of a plug will melt the tip off as well as lean fuel mixture. Since you said you added extra oil id lean towards too hot of a plug
i mentioned you guys getting one of these awhile back when you guys got an 85 to rip around 😂🤘🏻 i lived mine and had alot of fun on it. mine was a brand new 2017 3 hours on it. beat it tell i sold it
Well technically they have changed but no major updates or improvements like Honda's other race bikes tbf. The only change that I am aware of is a different carb because the flat side carbs they used in 07 sucked and they switched to something different
hello from Greece , can I ask you guys what oil you run in this mini motorcycle ? My son use same one model and the manual says 10w-30, and NO other option. Any suggestions will be helpful Many thanks
I'm pretty sure I read an article on it about Honda experimenting with fuel injection on the 150R's and I am positive it said something about the bike not getting a big enough gain in performance to justify the additional cost in fuel injection on them or something
I think you might almost be hitin limiter more than deegan😂
Only way to ride a 150r😭😂
No more than Barcia on his CRF250R

@@courtneylindsay7052 I'm sorry but I think you are a bit confused. Please educate yourself on the subject a bit more.

Buddy took the gas out of the quad😂😂😂
Every time he hits limiter take a shot
you'd die before the intro ends🤣🤣
If that bike was fuel injected it would be so much better. Honda why? You have EFI in the 110 already

you need to organise a load of fast adult riders to have a race on 85s superminis and 150s!!!!!
You should get one of those pirhanna 190 pit bikes, I heard there pretty fast
Always lookin forward to these videos.. keep up the awesome content!

Best sounding 4 stroke ever

Disadvantages of the bike: the injection system, the calibrator, there is no electronic operation!

Damn I saw that Suzuki on KSL. Not sure I would wanna buy it after seeing the front loader dump it in a dumpster LMAO

Do you have a 150cc motorcycle? I need it to work on difficult roads.
These would have to be the most unreliable 4 stroke ever made 😂😂 they just rev to the moon and you always see them at the track not starting 😂
2020 that thing look clapped out boys🙄🤦♂️😅👊
Anyone count how many times he hit the rev limiter
i live by you gang love the vids\
A good rider could make this bike last forever but bang it off the revs all day and she’s done!
I had a bike the spark plug broke like that and it destroyed the whole top and bottom end hopefully that’s not the case with the Suzuki.
Y’all should do a durability test on a kx 100
Let's goooo, 150 passed 😂🤙
I love mine, my buddies have 3 and we rip them hardcore. I prefer it over my yz85
Gotta love the 150’s…. Came out in 07 and has never changed. You guys should hate on this more than suzuki… just sayin…

I can’t stand sb who hit the limiter like
We need to compare it with the Yamaha 450 or 250. It is necessary, mate
