When the guy asked you why you were out there with them in the cold when you have a warm place to go to... I remember being asked that by a homeless person years ago. I said I was trying to help. But once I got home, I realized why I was out with them when I didn't have to be. It was guilt. Why do I have a warm place to be and they don't? Pure guilt. There was no other answer.
