Work on ur jumps everyday on grass and floor they may be bad but when u go into the gym and work them on dead mat or rod floor it will be a lot better and do kicks daily
AND WORK ON MOTIONS EVERYDAY You can find motion videos online work on them at least five a day and proper motions with right cinnamon rolls. tight and sharp motions too. It’ll really help and work all the jumps like 5 a day too. Most schools do toe touches, right and left hurdlers, right and left front hurdlers and pikes.

and strech every day and make sure ur properly warmed up so strech twice a day once after u take a shower because ur muscles are already warm
