I was 16 when I first found him and baby Gatsby, and now I’m soon 26! Insane
Found him at 7 and I'm gonna be 16 and a sophomore now
I found them when I was in 2nd grade and was 8 years old. And now I’m 16 and still tune in every once in a while.
Lost my childhood dog to cancer a little over a month ago and it's been tough. Seeing Gatsby living his best life after beating cancer is really healing. Sending you guys all the good vibes 💕
My oldest daughter has just finished her chemo. Cancer is tough to deal with. I am 75yo and the stress has been so intense. I am so glad to see Ryen and Gatsby back with us. I thought we had lost them. Watched many, many blogs over again for comfort.

Missed you guys. I’ve just lost my 84yr old mother to breast cancer who had a tough last 10yrs but she was really strong and still positive. She was a large part of me too.

i lost my mom over twenty years ago. it’s…really hard when it happens.
Me too, in 2021. It took two years to be normal (everyday existence stuff) again.
Losing my mom in Feb. '24 was the hardest thing I've had to go thru. It helps me to know that she is not in pain anymore. I miss talking to her, we had the best conversations. Miss you mom, and will for the rest of my days. ❤❤❤
Depression can be really hard to handle, especially with the stress of all of the cancer treatment. Take care Ryen, glad you are doing better.
Ryen & Gatsby! Missed you two so much! So glad Gatsby has been in good health and everything has been looking great! Keep your head up high Ryen! Wishing you the very best! I remember when I was very sad and unmotivated for a period of time in 2019 but everything changed when I discovered your channel and that completely changed my outlook on life and who I want to be as a person! Your vlogs, lifestyle, and what you have accomplished is so amazing and inspirational! In the start of the year I reenrolled into school but this time to become a personal trainer and I had to do a presentation about myself and what motivates me; And guess what, I put VlogAfterCollege as my inspiration! I talked about how Ryen inspires me to do what I love and to be my authentic self. Although I’m just a viewer and a stranger, I hope this comments can make your day just even a tiny bit better Ryen! And huge shoutout to Ryen’s friends and those around him reminding him of how awesome he is! 2 hours to complete the puzzle?! That pretty impressive, I gotta try it out one of the Gatsby puzzles one day to see if I can even come near Ryen’s time. Love the little aquarium update at the end haha! I got pretty bored the other day and watched some of the older aquarium vlogs. Great to see you two back on TH-cam! Until the next vlog, take great care!

Oh Ryan! I am so sorry to hear you have been going through such a difficult time. I know that when things start to pile up, it can feel like the weight will never be lifted. I'm glad you have people in your life to support you. Please take all the time you need. Obviously people love you guys and look forward to your content but your wellness is the most important thing. But it's really great to see you and Gatsby enjoying life together. It's so clear how much you guys love each other.
Our Shiba is thirteen years old now. We've had her since a puppy. She's very healthy other than arthritis for which she gets medicine for. She acts more of a big baby now and more stubborn than ever!

Omg YESSS!!! I hope you continue your vlogs...maybe tell us about the person you lost. When I lost my dad, I felt like a piece of me was missing. IT WASN'T POURING....IT WAS HAILING...LOL. Do something to commemorate them through a vlog. Also, look into Griefshare. It is nice to speak to others going through the same thing. Keep being the amazing person that all of us have fallen in love with. You were chosen to be on earth to do what you do. It's a blessing. You are so great and important. You rock Ryen!!

your an amazing person, and you got this! Hug your fur son for me and enjoy every moment with him! I lost my old girl about a year ago due to a seizure/ Old dog disease! She was 14 and a half and I miss her every day! She was a border collie german shepherd mix and really freaking cute!

Lost 1 uncle,1 aunt , my grandmother (in September) and my father in April..my father hit me the hardest. Take your time for healing sending you gatsby all the positive vibe. So glad Gatsby is doing strong! I can't imagine how you two have gone through in the past year. I also have my own kind of struggle and I totally understand what a huge battle you went though. However, I know everyone is different and hence the struggle is very personal. So I just want to say take care and my best wishes to you! Hey Ryen, I remember when Gatsby had cancer. It broke my heart to see you going through it with your beloved best friend. My dog is the same age as Gatsby and recently had a cancer scare. He is a Shepherd Mix and my best friend. Luckily it was an abscess in the tooth. We removed his entire canine tooth and a small portion of his maxilla. It was very scary. I hope we are over the hump with these nasty health scares. If only our dogs could like as long as us. Stay strong and keep up the amazing vlogs. !

Then the next year I lost my son. It’s been a year now and still cry for them every day. Don’t think I’ll ever be the same person 😢
