Accepted dua - I have tried to write down the gist of this series for anyone who'd like to theoretically memorize the key points and i truly hope that we remember these while making Dua. In sha Allah, ameen. - Closest you are to Allah is in sujood "I am Near" - Imaan is necessary for acceptance, believe in the unseen is important, always say Amantu Billah (I believe in Allah), constantly affirm your belief in Allah - The Qur'an starts with "Alhamdulillah" extremely powerful to add in your duas. Continue your dua with His Attributes > His doings - Send blessings upon Prophet Muhammad (saw) (pbuh) as much as you can - a) Mention the blessings of Allah upon you before you open up to Allah about your weakness b) Don't attribute hardship or evil to Allah, don't even insinuate it c) Don't despair yourself, but show your desperation. Meaning don't fall into despair nor attacking yourself (ex. dont feel that we are inherently unworthy or not deserve the goodness -- dont say this is because of my past sins), but do mention the circumstances you're in. d) Don't condition the allevation of the hardship with worship; or the other way around. - To connect something in past to the present (such as helping Musa (a.s) by splitting the red sea, Yunus (a.s) when he was inside the Belly of the fish. Ibrahim (a.s) when he was put into fire. Know that all of us have the same Lord, so he will send help just like he did to the Prophets in times of their needs. - Doing any good deed solely for the purpose of Allah. example, leaving a Haram relationship solely to gain the pleasure of Allah. Giving sadqa solely for the pleasure of Allah. The story of the 3 men in the Cave has been mentioned in the video. Jazakallahu Khairan.

I always love the feeling of closeness when imam started reading ayah from second juzu’ from Al Quran starting from واستعينو بالصبر والصلوة Then it goes to another page of talking about He gives trials to humankind ولنبلونكم بشئ من الخوف ............. وبشر الصبرين Then there goes another page talks about Ramadhan then comes this beautiful ayah وإذا سألك عبادى عنى فإنى قريب Masha Allah my taraweeh on second night of Ramadhan just filled with beautiful tears. Ya Allah please keep giving me this ni’mah of loving You & feeling close to You.
6 Ways to Earn Reward Even after Death:🏅 - 📗Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone (each time one reads from it, you gain). - 🦽Donate a wheelchair to a hospital (each time a sick person uses it,👨🦽 you gain). - 🕌Participate in building a MASJID. - 🥤Place a water cooler in a public place. - 🌳Plant a tree (You'll gain whenever a person, animal sits in it's shade or eats from it🌱) - ⛲Help build a water well💧 Allah says in the quran: We record that (deeds) which they have put forward and their traces (that which they have left behind)." Al-Qur'an 36:12
"Purity is half of iman (faith). ‘Al-hamdu lillah (all praise and gratitude belong to Allah)’ fills the scales, and ‘subhan-Allah (how far is Allah from every imperfection) and ‘Al-hamdulillah (all praise and gratitude belong to Allah)’ fill that which is between heaven and earth." [Muslim]
