I recently read an online article relating to this topic; its true that motivation is overrated. Its actually consistency(intertwined with discipline) MasyaAllah how Allah reminds us about being consistent in our ibadah even if small. SubhanAllah. Great topic! 👍🏻

This is inspirational gentlemen, especially for those of us without a man cave, a group of brothers, because of where we currently live (smaller city in China, Alhamdulillah many Muslims, but not English speakers).. May Allah bless you all and help us be exemplary leaders of our families. Masallah to this program.

The parable of those who take protectors other than Allah (swt) is like a spider building a house; the weakest of houses is the spider's. If only they knew. (Quran 29:41) 🤍

David Goggins’s book emphasis on how discipline Not motivation drives success
I recommend reading his book to unlock your potential
So if we are true Muslims we should not miss our 5 times prayer not matter what the circumstances are
Mindset shifts instead of seeing hardship as something to holds you back this can be achieved through patience and salat.

I think that kind of conversational videos should be more! I think it is really beneficial to see how muslims should discuss something. Ofcourse also beneficial in terms of the content..

When you realise nothing is unlimited, everything has an end and limit, you're forced value it as much as you truly value it. Like we believers should remember our death often, it makes us value our life always. We should value our time, attention, energy, mental capacity, etc WAY more because it all has a limit, so we don't mess around and realise how important it we actually find it.

If one is pursuing something, a career or profession for example, how does one know when to keep pushing through with discipline and when to stop and try something else?

That’s the best time to pray istikhara and ask Allah to open the doors up for you if this is meant for you, and if it’s not, to turn your heart away and replace it with something better.

There are some questions that are so personally situational… at the end of the day, the One who created us is the One who knows best. May He guide us to always asking Him and relying on Him.

Take some time every weekend to reflect on what you worked on throughout the week.
Discipline should take you towards your goals in this world and in the hereafter.
If it is getting in the way instead, then think about where to focus your discipline instead.

And i have a fiqh question for anyone please. A woman selling clothes online (only modest clothes), what's the actual ruling on her making voice overs and wearing her clothes online so other sisters can see how it fits? Putting into consideration modern day social media marketing strategy. Can she do this in an halal way?
