Madam, Video is fantastic. However, i put forth some issues below. I am diabetic. The reason Probably is lack of self discipline. Though i wanted to change my attitude to follow discipline, i am unable to do the same due to weakness in body and poor mind strength. As you know, diabetes are generally feeling weakness, low esteem, lack of confidence, no courage to face problem, etc. In this scenario, please guide me in this regard
Hi Praba! The first step towards self-discipline is accepting that you need discipline in your life. You have done that here. So first, congratulations :) Step 2 and the final step: Not just diabetes, a lot of other lifestyle conditions such as hormonal imbalance, insomnia, PCOS causes a general feeling of fatigue and a lack of interest to do anything. So people just keep waiting for "feeling right". But this is a vicious cycle. You feel weak, you don't do anything and because you don't do anything, you feel weak again. Do you understand the cycle here? It is a loop and the only way to break this loop is by taking ACTION. It will be tough during the initial few days or one/two weeks, but trust me, once you have set the momentum, nothing can stop you. A lot of people are leading an active, energetic and fulfilling life with diabetes. They just get up everyday and overcome their mind block. That's all you need to do. Take control of your life. Start with 10 minutes workout starting today/tomorrow. Add one or two good habits to your daily routine. Practice this for a month and it will become a permanent part of your life. You have already completed step 1 successfully, just step 2 to go. GET UP and GET GOING. All the best, Praba :)
