    Congrats. I worked the Japanese expedition to Antarctica a couple years ago. Worked many countries All of it on a 100 watts with a dipole 20 ft off the ground, surrounded by two-story houses. You never know what's going to happen!

    Do you mean the feed point was 6 feet off the ground on a vertical antenna? Was it a sloping antenna? Was all of the antenna 6 feet off the ground? Tell all of the story to provide the viewer knowledge. When I saw the title, I assumed I would learn a little about EFHW antennas. Nice that you were able to reach to Japan.

      Sorry, I have another video that goes into detail about my EFHW. The entire thing is 6 feet off the ground. From the feed point to the end of the wire. It wraps around my fence in the shape of a square due to my yard being only about 25 feet by 20 feet.
