    Iove my minnie Winnie. It has been flawless since I bought it new in 2018 and now has 31k miles.

    I have the Winnebago View 24V. I love it. Can comfortably use with the slide in. Only 25’ on the Mercedes chassis. Quality definitely better than you are seeing on the Minnie Winnie.

      Night and day difference between the Views and the Minnie Winnies. I also happen to love those Ekkos, which makes sense given that they purchased the company that originally designed and mfr'd that unit!

      I had an Ekko on order for a year before picking up the View. Have had it nearly 1 year now and have no regrets.

    Good honest video. I own a Winnebago Spirit two years and have made a lot of changes saving I’m sure hundreds in labor. Before purchasing I looked at many different brands and found so many flaws. I chose the brand with the least and 4000lbs cargo carry capacity. Winnebago has gotten way from dicor and using Silka flex a silicone based sealant. But I really hope Winnebago listens to your recommendations. Good job!

      That's the perfect way to look at it - saving on labor! As long as you know what you're buying, have the right expectations (of course you do!) and get a good price, then that's perfect. 4k pounds of CCC is pretty fantastic for a Class C today! And thank you!

    I noticed that the cabinet doors did not actually match the frames very well. The slide out trim would probably not hold up well but you could not really show is what is behind it to make the seal when closed, I saw a Super C that it just sealed up to the fake wood trim and would probably be a water intrusion issue.

      So many little things that add up to a terrible experience!

    I wish you wouldn't sugar-coat your thoughts but share what you really think 🙂.

    Another great tour! Surprised with the Winnebago ! That one bathroom door, how could they sell something like that?

    Which class C RV model do you recommend?

    • @CozyLivingMachine
      @CozyLivingMachine  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Take a look at Lazy Daze if you're looking at the Class C platform. Bigfoot motorhomes would also be a solid recommendation. Unfortunately, everything else is made by Thor, Winnebago or Forest River (subsidiaries) and they're all basically the same these days. We'll see better product competition soon enough, but for now finding a great, used motorhome is the only reasonable option anymore.

    Joel, come on man... LOL You are complaining about the eyeliner at 0:40 into the video ? Really ? seems like a very superficial reason to not like Minnie Winnie... I think they call that " Accent Paint "... Just like Bailey has lines... I love your channel but I think you have a thing against Class C motorhomes in general... LOL

    • @CozyLivingMachine
      @CozyLivingMachine  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hahaha the lack of paint is a really cheap move on Winnebago's part. That's an issue that no other RV mfr has, and if the white was showing through elsewhere, it would be one thing, but the entirety of the unit is painted silver/grey and no other white! We really like class C motorhomes, even with the disadvantages, but being one of, if not THE biggest names in the RV industry, they can do much better than this. Asking $170k+ for this is insulting to people, for sure.

    Love my 2015 Minnie Winnie, now with 110,000 kms. Not fond of the cheap, rusting luggage compartments - but all the rest is very good for the price point.

    Good morning guys ! Well I must say I wouldn’t buy any of those units. I too am surprised with their lack of quality being such a big brand. I was shocked to see how they handled the paint jobs with the white color exposed. That bathroom door is a total joke too 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Great reviews ! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

    • @CozyLivingMachine
      @CozyLivingMachine  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      People are always surprised when I say that Winnebago has pretty terrible quality on average (hold for the Ekko and maybe a few Mercedes-based B+ units) so I will have this to show folks any time they wonder. 😂 And thank you!

    Seems like Winnebago designers and engineers have run out of ideas and are stuck In 70's.

      @@CozyLivingMachine can I ask why Lazy Daze? Is there something special with the dealer?

    • @CozyLivingMachine
      @CozyLivingMachine  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Lazy Daze was a motorhome manufacturer out of Monclair, CA that made very high quality motorhomes, possibly the highest quality one can find! They found a design that worked well and they stuck with it. They used aluminum on the sides, aircraft grade paint, and real wood on the interiors. Often they may appear dated on the interior, which is easy to fix, but the exteriors are beautiful! They had gone out of business a few years back, though they had hundreds of orders lined up (including ours!) though they are wonderful machines that I would expect to see on the road for years and years to come!

    Love our Entegra class C. Will say the views are built better than the Minnie Winnie’s and you are spot on with the spot under the door scraping.

    • @CozyLivingMachine
      @CozyLivingMachine  ปีที่แล้ว

      I would take any Entegra/Jayco over a Minnie Winnie or the like. Agreed on the Views and even on the Ekkos, very solid rigs.

    They look like they're models from the 2000's. At 160k, I'd look elsewhere.

    8 Months after your Jayco Integra final video that I might characterize as a product quality and service issue you do a video 'Winnebago Sucks'. So I think well it must be really bad. The paint eyeliner, didn't continue the graphic in front of and below the passenger door? Wait the Integra paint came off all over, bad clearcoat. Don't like the layout? They have 4-5 others. Trim around slide out is cheep, valid point. One piece fiberglass roof might leak? Might but the Integra did and you never found the leak. Wood cabinetry is a sticker, valid but the Integra? Seems a lot are stickers. Front cap might leak? Might? Again your Integra leaked somewhere unknown. No fan above stove area, valid. But then you bust the Winny for having too small a fan in the bath. Like with HGTV something needs to be said but I'm left thinking that Jayco must have done something for you to get off so easily while a Minnie Winnie SUCKS. I do appreciate the balance that issues are expected but you kept the Integra for 9 months? And lost how much $? Seems to me the Minnie Winnie is better than a Redhawk, competitive with a Greyhawk and Integra and better than most Thor products. And when given the chance to make it right for a TH-camr JAYCO SUCKED? If they treated you that way how might they treat a normal Joe? What am I missing?

    I am very disappointed with Winnebagos. I want them to match the price they are selling them for and the premium build quality their name suggests, very much like Harley Davidson. But both companies are a product of their success and the people that will buy whatever crap they come out with and not ask them to be better. I don’t like the traditional Harley’s as much as the ones that they tried to expand from their roots, but got slapped by the “super fans” of the brand, who are actually anchors and speed bumps that stop them from being better. Speak with your money don’t buy crap. The true reviewers of RVs have got to be from regular people not salespeople. Matt’s RV, the RV Nerd guy, have some good in their reviews but they are still in the end salespeople who are trying to move product regardless of the quality. As I have been living in a class c for a year and now a 5th wheel, I wish a company would come along and push the class c market to be better.

    • @CozyLivingMachine
      @CozyLivingMachine  ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely, same here. I wish they were up to the standard that people think they are! Voting with our dollars works better than anything else, absolutely! And agreed, it has to be folks that actually use the rigs that can share what works and what doesn't, and WHY! And absolutely. I think taking a page from the European market would go a long way, as well as some real competition for Ford to improve longevity, durability, as well as CCC. Maybe bring back real wood in the motorhomes too, materials that won't disintegrate the moment you go over a big bump or they get a little damp!
