- On June 23, 2023, I had the pleasure of hosting my inaugural vegan dining event at the renowned Pizzeria THE PIZZA SHOW, located in the heart of Beijing. This delightful gathering was the result of a collaborative effort between the passionate community at Vegan of Beijing and the culinary expertise of Nemanja, the esteemed owner of THE PIZZA SHOW, along with his dedicated team.
The evening was a resounding success, marking the beginning of what I anticipate will be a series of many more exquisite vegan events. It provided the perfect platform for me to showcase my culinary creations, allowing me to refine my existing recipes and innovate new ones. My goal has always been to tantalize the taste buds of our guests, offering them delectable alternatives to traditional animal-based products.

We used a mandoline. The mushrooms were raw, yes.
