Bulgarian Potato Moussaka Recipe. Super and very tasty recipe.

Hello everyone, today I made you Bulgarian style potato moussaka, I hope you like it.
Materials:
5-6 medium-sized potatoes
500 g minced meat
1 large onion
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of red powder grinds bitter or sweet is up to you
1 teaspoon cumin
1 or 2 bay leaves
1 glass of water
1 cup grated tomatoes
1/2 tablespoon of chili paste
materials for the top
2 cups of yogurt
1 egg yolk and 2 can be used
1/2 half teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of flour
If your yogurt is too thick, you can add a little milk.
