In today’s "MY 30'S AND THE [NY] CITY'' diaries, we celebrate friendships and sisterhood. We go on our first opera show after a delicious dinner at Marea with my sister and friends, celebrate Taylor’s engagement party ( / @taylormorello , edit youtube video, go on a solo dinner at Oxalis to support Ashanti ( / _ashantishurat , meet up with college friends, finish my first diy project (paint the shoe cabinets lavender color), talk about sleep hygiene and apartment updates.

i always thought NYC would be unsafe to walk around alone at night but in a lot of your videos you don't seem to ever get bothered. i'm so glad it's that way. i wondered though is it because you are filming yourself as you walk? i guess that would deter a lot of problems. an opera like Madam Butterfly or La Traviata or La Boheme is a good place to start. idk what you saw but some can be daunting for a new opera goer (and even seasoned).
I know a lot about ADHD. Raised two children with that and ADD. You looked beautiful. I worry about you out walking alone at night. I was holding my breath.🤦🏻♀️. What a great weekend💕

A common diagnosis ADHD.........Just like in the 90s it was Hypoglycemia.Again the spectrum covers almost everyone especially if you drink or consume a lot of sugar.

OMG! My sister got diagnosed late last year. She is 43. I am learning as much as I can about it so I can support her to my very best ability. Just today she was telling me and a friend how much of a roller coaster it is and how she gets angry with herself about how much she struggles with life admin and then she worries that she relies too much on me. Learn as much as you can and please don’t be too hard on yourself. Anytime you want to chat please do.
Thank you so so much Molly 💗 I never understood why I acted a certain way and why I would do things a certain way… just doing day to day admin things is so overwhelming. After the diagnosis, I have definitely been kinder to myself but this is all work in progress. I am very grateful for my sisters and close friends support.
