I think Bailu is the reincarnation of Baiheng, she is supposed to be resurrected via Vydiadhra but "Blade" was hurt as well so Dan feng gave the dragon heart to "Blade" instead of the reincarnation (Bailu), thats why when Blade uses his ultimate you can see he has dragon eyes, and if you check on of Bailu's information one of her caretakers say that she is not growing because there is something wrong with her dragon heart, maybe she doesnt have one? This is just a theory i saw online but it could be true i guess
