Abstract watercolor landscape painting

I played with color from my subconscious mind.
I have created a Landscape composition . where my subconscious color form has created imaginary lines.
It can be called Anstract\ experimental landscape or monochromatic watercolor \ watercolor painting. This can be a helpful tutorial for beginners as abstract painting or experimental painting. I often do semi abstract painting with any subject. landscape, riverscape \ riverside, flowers, cityscape, woman, figurative abstract painting or portrait all are very interesting #abstract painting.

ABSTRACT ART.
Abstract art uses visual language of shape, form, color and line to create a composition which may exist with a degree of independence from visual references in the world. Western art had been, from the Renaissance up to the middle of the 19th century, underpinned by the logic of perspective and an attempt to reproduce an illusion of visible reality. By the end of the 19th century many artists felt a need to create a new kind of art which would encompass the fundamental changes taking place in technology, science and philosophy. The sources from which individual artists drew their theoretical arguments were diverse, and reflected the social and intellectual preoccupations in all areas of Western culture at that time.
Abstract art, non-figurative art, non-objective art, and non-representational art, are closely related terms. They are similar, but perhaps not of identical meaning.
Abstraction indicates a departure from reality in depiction of imagery in art. This departure from accurate representation can be slight, partial, or complete. Abstraction exists along a continuum. Even art that aims for verisimilitude of the highest degree can be said to be abstract, at least theoretically, since perfect representation is impossible. Artwork which takes liberties, altering for instance color and form in ways that are conspicuous, can be said to be partially abstract. Total abstraction bears no trace of any reference to anything recognizable. In geometric abstraction, for instance, one is unlikely to find references to naturalistic entities. Figurative art and total abstraction are almost mutually exclusive. But figurative and representational (or realistic) art often contain partial abstraction.

I can't remember when I was so encpsulated, so enthralled the way you mixed to touching the water the paint it was almost sentious. The colors you used just magnificent! I am not really an abstract painter although I’d like to incorporate abstract elements to my portraits. It’s so cool to see the way you use watercolor as I had just ordered some oils but see here more that I can do with my watercolors too. I still think I am going to enjoy the oils as well. Can’t wait to see more of your videos
Yes of course you can! I wanted to apply the watercolor medium differently.
Watercolor fascinates me. I went to China a few years ago.
I was introduced with an artist there.. He is a great painter and a professor. His watercolors surprised me. Because it looks just like oil painting. I talked lot of things about watercolor with him.

@@ShahanoorMamun thank you for those details, I can see that now that you say so! I think ive seen a painter from the phillipines that uses watercolor somewhat similar to you but not as skillfully. And ive been looking at a lot of Japanese and Chinese artist lately , portrait artist but often they have abstracted backgrounds that I want to learn. I look forward to seeing more from you! Although i just bought a small set of oil paints that i am opening tonight, I might not be too thrilled with them after reading about them but they were on sale (rive gauche oils by Sennelier. ). I only tried oils once many many years ago and liked them but gave them away after a few years because i was too busy with life at that time. We shall see what happens!

Your whole approach is very much like my own when I was young in the 1970s. I tightened up as the years passed. I miss the feeling I got as I was working back then. But my life was different then as well.
