Those are the gorgeous Sportsbikes that I was privileged enough, to grow up around in the 70's. Would rather the green or orange version. Droolworthy bike! ❤
Got a 75’ Z1b in the garage. It’s in great shape, but sadly non original paint and exhaust. It’s alright I rather love the nasty snarl and looks good of the 4/1 header. The paint is a nice aquamarine blue, really close to the blue Kawasaki used.
Beautiful! Just beautiful. Not just the exhaust note; it is everything. The rounded turn signals, the round tail-light; the silver engine. Nowadays the stuff that's coming out, MT-10, etc., it's just ugly. Even the z900RS is not the same. They lack soul! Why not put dual shocks on the z900RS?
Man, my dad had this exact same paint scheme on his KZ900, brings back great memories and tears.!!!
Gorgeous resto. I enjoy hearing their enthusiasm come thru when they talk about these old classics.

I had the 73 Z1B. The Sophia Loren of motorcycles.
The most beautiful color scheme ever.
That Kawi is absolutely stunning!! What a early era muscle machine!!
Had a 1976KZ900, last year the 900 was made, loved it , one of the best looking bikes ever made by a Japaneese builder
I had a 76 KZ900, a brown one that I bought new for 2609.00 OTD, and riding it it was like straddling a bolt of lightning! Great machine!
Jeezus, after yesterday I didn't think I'd ever see a better one!Lol this one might Trump it.Man must have lived a heckuva life.
I put those together brand new at a dealership. Best part was test driving them.😊
The original hot rod bike!!!
Very cool!!
A masterpiece my boss had one in the 1970 s it was stunning
3:57 "moment of silence"
Only a true motorcyclist could understand.
I owned a 74 Z 900 and raced a 1973 SC 500 Yamaha motocross that the other racers called a light switch. Still alive>
I am looking for one of these right now in UK ! Absolutely love them... It will replace an also lovely 1976 KZ650 I will sell to make space !
I used to ride a kz 900 and it would absolutely fly...
I had a 1978 Z1000.
Incredible bike!

Wonder if these were restored by Johnny’s Vintage in Wadsworth, Ohio? They specialize in these early Kawasakis.
Same exact sound as the engine from the TV show chips.
Where does he keep getting me awesome bikes from it's hard to find bikes like that down here in Florida
Love the root beer color. It brings back memories 4 sure. I would love to ride it ! So I’m not the buyer ! Ugh. Love it !♥️ thanks Ken.
What did the '75 Z1 sell for? Just curious, as I have a mint 1974 Z1 🙂

I got hit by a KZ900 in 76 it was the green one.
lol. my goodness. sorry, I'm hop;e there wasn't any lasting negative effects
@@mendesoto damaged nerve but I would buy a kz900. I was 15 61 now.
those were fast lead sleds bac in the day
😍
What did it sell for?
Nut and bolt frame off resto and the owner kept no records/receipts, or surviving family members can't find from the shop who did the restoration?
Kawasaki should have gone the extra mile with the z900rs, dual shocks on the rear and the 4 exhausts, and would have been perfect
Z1B .. thought they were from 1976 ?
Put a kerker pipe on that. Omg.
