1. Eat less calories (500 deficit a day) 2. Do some sort out of workout or cardio 3. Drink more water 4. Sleep more 5. Eat less purely bad food like deserts
Honestly, steps 1 (change your groceries) and 5 be consistent and patient, I can't stress how important these are. I look back and realize that my entire diet before purely consisted of random foods, low-nutritional breakfasts, moma's deadly cooking, and a crap ton of soda. I was shocked to realize just how bad it got, and changing those habits that you've had for, essentially your entire life, can be extremely challenging. Thankfully, I was able to reach my short-term goal in about 7 months (losing 50 lb), and I plan on moving forward now!
Binge eating is likely a result of impulsive behavior. That can stem from stress, depression, etc, and food becomes a comfortable outlet for this. I would suggest finding other ways to cope with your stress, and don't have junk food available. If you binge, binge on vegetables. Also, chug a glass of water before you eat, makes you feel 20% more full. Find a healthier way to respond to your stress or depression.
I know you said 5, but sleep and hydration is probably just as if not more important as any other. Lack of these effect hormones and in turn weight loss. Great video as usual.

@@PictureFit Hey, PictureFit. Thanks for replying. In the world of dieting losing weight seems to be the easiest part. Much harder seems to be to keep the weight off. I know you didn’t ask but I lost 32 pounds in 4 months. I ate one meal a day around 4-5pm and ate only 1200 calories. With maybe 1-2 workouts a week. One meal a day is great but can be bad for those who are not adults or have diabetes. Good luck on your journey :-)

I think it’s mostly social for me when I eat so that’s definitely a challenge if I want to do what you do. Hit me up with ur workout schedules or food prep. Idk if ur happy with where you are, but i wish you all the best in your journey too!
amar magar thank you for the kind words very nice to have the support!:-) I am planning to get back into losing weight my body was getting used to my routine so I wasn’t really losing anymore weight after my 5th month. so I gave myself a break in August for around a month. I ate as many meals as I wanted I just had to make sure I ate in moderation (thankfully I didn’t gain any of the weight back lol) I want to lose 20 more pounds:-) so I just started up my routine again this September 1st and as of September 9th I have lost 7 pounds! As for meal prep and workouts it's pretty simple:-) My advice isn't the best but what I do is I eat whatever I want as long as it's under 1200 calories. But I do think it's important to eat some healthy so I try to add vegetables when I can lol Yesterday I was wanting something like a burrito so I made some meat cut it up and mixed it with some bell Peppers. Then I made some rice. After that I got some of my flat bread which is pretty long and around 90 calories each. So I made some burritos out of that I was able to make 3 and it was still under my 1200 calories so I put in some guacamole salsa which is 50 calories for each table spoon. Here's the breakdown of the calories I had meat and bell peppers= 534 calories 3 flat breads = 270 calories 6 table spoon of guacamole salsa = 150 And lastly 1/2 cup of rice = 170 calories. All together this was around a 1124 calorie meal. When I'm lazy I can eat one xxl grilled stuffed burrito from Taco Bell. Get extra meat with a large drink and it comes out to around 1000 calories and that will be my meal for the day. This isn't the best thing to do but I do it around 3 times a week. Cooking can be time consuming so when I'm a rush something like this is helpful. Also I think drinking water throughout the day is very important! It will help suppress being hungry(well for me at least it works lol) As for work outs nothing very intense just some walking for around 30 minutes at the park. Sometimes I will weight lift for an hour. As long as you're being a little more active than usual you will be on track! I apologize my advice isn't the best but I hope I could help just a little. But if I were to give some reliable advice I would say track what you eat and don't go over you calorie goal! I use the app "lose it" it's great for counting calories! I also just bought a food scale and it works well too to accurately measure the calories in stuff like meat:-) once again good luck you can do it! Sometimes I try to find myself eating even though im not hungry so I remind myself "I'm not hungry I'm just bored lol"
you dont need to cut calories you need to stop eating carbs and raise the protein and fat and do intermittent fasting. carbs is what makes you hungry and keep you in fat storage mode. keep insulin low is the key even moderate carbohydrates will block fat loss so moderate is not key. you eat moderate junk and you will get moderately sick.
