In honor of Saint Patrick's Day day coming up, we're going Irish! Tonight, two new contenders enter the ring tonight. Who will walk away as king of the hill?
Funny story. I saw your Blue Spot review the other day and looked on the OHLQ site. Nothing available. Then I’m watching this show a day late and hear you say a woman in Ohio said BS may be available. I check the OHLQ site again and BS is at a nearby state store. I call to confirm. They have 3 bottles so I pause the show and head over. Score. I now have Blue Spot. Thanks guys!
that was great thanks! I dont have the RB12 but do have the RB12CS... i also have a Green Spot en route to me and really looking forward to it! Green apple sounds right up my alley
Congratulations on a very nice show, i had to work today so i could not get up that early but next time i will be having a day off and can join you again online
@@chexey4908 - Ok. But maybe it is only the sherry taste is changed with the oak. Because I think it had the other stuff they talked about. But in any caske… It was cool that I just tried out the same brand, as one they had. Because this bottle, I pick out after, I had pick all the others bottles. And I have never, as I remember, had the Redbreast before… But not that mine blown, that I liked it. Because I love breast from before… So why not Red once.
I paid £125 for redspot in London last year very good never seen a blue spot in the wild sipping on compass box orchard house wonderful bang per buck 🍻

Powers 12, John's lane edition is the third bottle mentioned with these 2 as really good entries as a clear step up from Jameson etc
Awesome king of the hill series. I'd say compare the Redbreast 12 CS to the Blue Spot for your next matchup. Cheers fellas 🥃

Love Redbreast. May just have to pick up a Spot to do my own comparison ;)
Jameson Black Barrel is a surprisingly delicious bottle and I think is the best thing they make.
RB is like a brandy. Maybe the Sherry? Green Spot is an ripe fruit and tropical fruits Explosion with vanilla and delicate oak. Just my opinion.
I walked into Total Wine today outside Houston and found 1 bottle of Blue Spot on the shelf. Total score.
Got the Redbreast 15. Think it is about like the 12, but I don't have that one. Just from what you sad.
Redbreast 12 and 15 taste really different, because the 15 is not aged in sherry casks. The 12 and 21 are kinda similar.

Just checked my local liquor store in Ohio and The BlueSpot is in stock at $120

I prefer Kilbeggan, my Favorite Irish whisky ...
Rum KOTH,
Appleton Estate 12 vs El Dorado 12
Powers John Lane next!!
Never doubt the winning quality of Redbreast.
I don't care what other's say. I would rather buy an Metaxa 7 as am Redbreast. It's cheaper and more intense.
Santiago De Cuba Vs Havana please
RB12 vs Drumshanbo
Powers Johns Lane
Proper Twelve vs White Walker
You're messing with us now!
i guess there is no winner here, since both bottlings are from same source. shame on irish "fake" whiskeys and distilleries
They taste completely different.
These are Pot Still Whiskeys. What is there fake? Maybe your Blended Scotchs are fake 😅 full of Coffey spirit.
@@abraham2174 by "fake" I mean they just buy casks and nothing all. These brands have no production
