Awesome cover of my favorite Stones song. If anyone can find a live version by the Stones they are a better man than me. A link to it would make my day. I don't think they ever did it live. Prove me wrong PLEASE.
Great cover of a amazing Stones song.. homage to Mike Taylor is always due.. Can't seem to find any video footage of the stones playing it. Great to see them doing it when Mick was still in the band

This is cool little jewel of a STONES cover....done by Rich Robinson, who, if anyone really cares is a BLACK CROWE....or to be mathematically 1/2 of the BLACK CROWE(S)...HA HA...brother Chris being the other Cr....ergh, forget the Crowes-Robinsons-or whatever....WINTER, this song musically is done pretty much note 4 note with the Stones original...even Mick Taylor's original solo is done true to form. What makes this good? Rich Robinson does. Rather than trying to imitate Jagger, he opts for singing within the confines of his own vocal range. Hey, he's not great...BUT I've yet to hear any other artist attempting to legitimately cover this monumental song. Robinson does an admirable job.
So right you could put Mark Ford in the Stones and Mick Taylor in the Crowes during their best lineups and close your eyes and you might not know the switch(LOL)
What a great cover
Well done....beautiful stuff
Crushed it, the stones have never even tried to play it live
In my top 10 Stones songs, great cover
Mine too.
This is such an incredible song for the sake of music. Rich you covered it masterly! Thank you Rich
I love this song
This is so well played. Beautiful guitar work. Vocals good as well.
Great job Rich
I wish I was in cal-i-forn-ia when all the lights on the Christmas 🎄 trees went out..great great cover!!

I have searched high and low for this song live by the Stones. I don't think it was ever done live. Such a shame probably their best...
The Stones have never played this live. More's the shame.

One of the numbers I associate with Mick Taylor and my favorite from Goat Heads Soup.
Awesome cover!
Rich you wear it well.
Well done
Good Effort
great job!!
Maravillosaaaaaaa...
yes that mick taylor period of the rolling stones is very influential in the robinson brothers writing. early on and even still today.
This could have been easy a Black Crowes song if it wasn't a Rolling Stones one!! Well done!!
NO. This is just Rich. He can barely even stand Chris.

damngood... crowes stones
Rich has got a good voice. Surprising that he didn't sing more leads for the Crowes.
Who wants to go’head-on and admit that Mick Taylor was to the Stones what Marc Ford was to the Crowes?

Almost sounds like he's teasing Name Like Music at the very beginning.
Brilliant cover of a Mick Taylor written tune jagger lyrics only. Keith on his back sweet fuck all on heroin
did he play in open g?
Mick T would be proud
Why does keyboard players just can't focus on piano? This is a piano-guitar driven song. Why Hammond?
BTW great rendition!
Diego C. Ortiz (pianista) because he's not Nicky Hopkins
I never liked the solo in GHS. This was much, much better.
