    Thank you for this video! I'm a northern from Pa that grew up with concords and I was told they don't grow here! WHAAAAt??? My husband found a beautiful vine at the Durham Garden Center in NC and I cannot wait to get it in the ground! We are turning the kids' old swingset into an arbor.

    What's up man. Thanks for the shoutout. The concord is still doing well here in Florida. Im seriously thinking about digging up the other varieties I tried to grow and replace them with concords! Another excellent video my brother!

    That's BEAUTIFUL. You left it? I dig up ALL of my plants with EVERY move lol. I have Neptune grapes but they are just starting to leaf. How many plants did you start with in total? My flames fizzled. I'm getting some Concords. Lol

    Hi Leadfarmer. I have planted a small grape "orchard" here in the most southern part of Texas. All 12 plants are concord. I think they are doing ok for the first year of growth. My question is will the leaves all fall off for the fall like in colder regions?

    I'm trying Concord grapes here in Southern California. The climate is perfect for grape growing.

      Update: In the 2022 growing season, my Concord grape vine yielded about 30 lbs of grapes.

    How sure are you that these are concords?
    I also have that Home Depot concord like the one you just grabbed and im wondering what is the real one?
    I bought a 3$ grape on sale at walmart and there was no name on them but it has these small leafs and smooth stems like the one in this clip.
    Like you pointed out the giant leafs on your new one, my HD one is like that and also has very flakey bark and not smooth stems.
    On google image the concord apparently has those giant leafs.

    The vines in the video do not look like Concord Grape. Concord has large, round, relatively smooth edged leaves, and shaggy bark.

    • @ritzgreenwood
      @ritzgreenwood 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Agreed. This is NOT the leaves of a Concord grapevine!
      (Looks more like Southern Home grapevine)
