- We back in the lab, today we checking out Chef Creole in Little Haiti, Miami!
I reviewed their famous Conch Fritters, deep-fried shellfish with peppers and jalapenos baked in, paired with tartar sauce. I also tried the spicy Conch Salad, the Bahamian version of ceviche, which was very spicy and tasty, along with rice & peas with fried plantains.The flavors were intense, and the experience was unforgettable.
