I am coming back to this video after a month because I have since farmed this fleet for my new account. PSA: EVERYONE NEEDS TO MAKE THIS THEIR FIRST FLEET. I was already winning without ravens claw, but once I unlocked it (it's not even level 85 yet and it's only 4 stars), I am easily beating much higher power hounds tooth teams. Huge video gerbil! I love these vids, i can see the passion in these videos and the amount of time and info you've put in it. You help us explore the less touched part of the game. Yes the Raven's claw is overlooked by the community, but for me who is in the middle of a Jabba farm and then i move towards for Profundity and then to JML it's very useful. It gives me ideas what to save for Home One, and what to do with my rebels! :) Thank you so much!!!
This is brilliant, so informative and clear. I’m sure a lot of us would be grateful for you thoughts on running Ackbar after Profundity. So assuming HMF, Outrider and Phoenix are taken. I’m running RC, Biggs and Bistan as a GAC clean up fleet with Cassian as 1st reinforcement. Not great results! 😂 my roster leans towards Rebels so I’d love to get more use out of them
I still use Ackbar every GAC. Even without HMF, the fleet easily mops up any 2nd attempt or still outright beats some other fleets like Raddus and normally Finalizer. I don't run it directly at Melov., but I'm not afraid of Negotiator either. I've had successes using this same strat, but it is less consistent. However, I also sometimes pull HMF off Profundity and run Ghost, Y and Outrider vs Executor (about 70% win rate) and then use HMF with H1 to beat anything else. It's risky doing that, so you gotta play careful and check enemy relic levels. Also depends how good your Ghost is. :)
I've not had trouble (yet) against the 2 or 3 malevolence fleets I've seen. I think it will be ok vs Negotiator, but will test later. Sadly, there are no fleets in my main account to try this as everything is 100% executor / Profundity at my level. I'll update when the time comes.
I have a question, maybe you can help me out :). This fleet looks not only really great at attacking but also super fun to play with. One thing i keep hearing about it tho is that its absolutely horrible at defending. Some people say you will get knocked down a lot of places every single day. That would make it kinda annoying since you have to attack every single day to keep a decent rank. So in your experience is what people say about its defensive capabilities really true? Is it that bad in defense that you absolutely have to attack each day in order to maintan a decent rank? (Decent for me would be somewhere top 50, for an account thats roughly a year old now at 2Mill Galactic Power).
Great video! Although I have to ask, is this account a hyperdrive bundle account? Because it feels like you would have to either choose between going for the 6 dark side ships for the Zeta event or this rebel fleet if you were entirely F2P
Hyperdrive does not matter as much for this build, though it certainly certainly helps!! If you ever spend any $$ on this game, Hyperdrive is the way to go. However…. If not, the Rebel fleet is harder to farm for sure. I would encourage going takin ONLY to unlock the zeta events, then shift focus of this is your way. Biggs, RClaw and Bistan are the easier ones to get. Cassian’s ship is harder. HMF is super easy if you go bounty hunters for Takin initially. However, 7 star HMF is more challenging, but not entirely essential early on. I am still rocking mine at 6 star cause I shifted my focus, but still holding on in fleets without effort…. Except for the shinny new Profundity that showed up…. Can’t touch that! lol Ad such, now I’m farming a specific Profundity counter lol

Sorry for the late reply, but this is not a whale account at all. Hyperdrive is $50, reasonable and less than the price a new game for PS or XBox. Considering how much most players engage here, it’s not a bad deal. Hyper Drive had nothing to do with fleet rank as the entire Rebel Fleet in this vid is F2P.

Question: What speed does Bistan's UWing need to be (or gear levels his pilots need to be) to pull off this opening vs Bomber? I'm thinking for GAC usage, but my AA is only G12. Bistan is r5 but SRP is only g11, so UWing is at 149.
Hey, so I think TIE Bomber maxes at 154 speed. On my main account, my Bist is R7, SRPathfinder is R6, and their speed is 198.75 (159 x 1.25, don’t forget Bistans kit gives him 25% speed)The trick is to hit the Bomber as much as you can before it takes a turn, then strip it’s turn meter with RClaw and try to finish it off.
Confirming what i've been farming while closing to the first million gp. Small question : once every urgent cantina shop farm done, i'm hesitating between buying cassian's ship shards for shard shop currency or ship credits for all the ships i need to upgrade. What would you do ? I'm aiming at rushing executor then profundity before any GL
Cassian is a SLOW farm, but 100% needed for H1 fleets. If you don't have HMF especially, it should almost always be the 1st reinforcement, and will often turn the tide of the battle by stripping away enemy buffs and using his powerful assist special. I'd focus hard on getting it 7 stars.

The 1st and 2nd place in my fleet shard are hold by two whales with executors, I'm usually between 3rd and 7th place with my executrix and bounty hunters, fighting similar fleets, a couple of 5* Finalizers and a lone Negotiator. Could a 6* home one fight a 5* Executor?
This should (with practice) easily beat mirror Home 1, Endurance, Radius, Malevolence, Executrix, Chimeara and with some struggles, Negotiator. It's "possible" to beat Executor's triple attacker line up, but that requires HMF starting and it's not worth trying actually. You will lose vs Profundity and Leviathan. Now.... there is an essential tactic that I outline in another video when the enemy starts with TIE Bomber, you have to kill it before it takes a turn or your win rate falls quickly... but Kyle can strip it's turn meter and you can easily pop it. As for Negotiator, Marauder makes that match no fun, but it's still beatable... just not consistently either.
age 55 or level 55? LOL Honestly, it's never too early in this game to be farming a long term strategy or goal, especially ships. Once you unlock ships, it's important to climb as fast as you can in the fleet arena as that's the #1 source of crystals early game. if you can nail 1st place, you'll earn 400 crystals a day.
Gerbil is the man when it comes to rebels fleet. As someone who is pretty much in the zone where everyone has all available fleets, I am finding Homeone with Raven 2nd team to be hardly usable in gac. Is it just me not knowing how that 2nd fleet works? Can Raven still lead homeone to effectively counter some of these regularly seen defensive fleet (raddus, finalizer, negotiator, empire, etc)? I feel like most of the ships that I have worked hard during the homeone saga has now just been sitting there with popcorns.
So this vid is focusing mostly on early to early-mid game. I think this strat will still work against Finalizer, Raddus and some Negotiators. If the Empire has a solid TIE bomber AND 2nd Sister or worse, TIE Defender, it might be rather hard. I'd love to test this more, but it's much harder to test cause my ALT account does not see those fleets yet, and my main never sees them outside of GAC. I'll try it there, record some vids, and post a new vid in a while. give me some time :)

I'm not aware of any shard fleet server but I'd definitely be interested if one was to be made. For Home 1, it's not a great ship. The basic does minimal damage (but hits MUCH harder under ProFundity). The speed up and healing is great, but that's really a reinforcement feature. So ya, under Home 1, I would keep it as a 2nd or even 3rd RI.
Do you think it has similar viability plugging into a different fleet (I am early game but have an R5 Kyle) or is it too reliant on being with non-scoundrel rebel allies and home one to really work?
Raven's Claw is very much a Home One ship. It has direct call outs to Home One all over and the assists it calls, triggers Home One to apply Protection Up on the assisting ship. Take those away, and it's not a great ship.
executor starts showing on my shard now but profundity is so far in my radar, but i'm aiming to get there somehow. any tips with home one vs executor? its possible cause i can beat it but its taking 3-4 tries on an average. do you think gearing raven will help here?
Home 1 is NOT a good counter to Exec, but as you said, it can be done. It's very very RNG based. Normally, you want Biggs, Bistan, HMF and you need to focus on Razor Crest. Expect Biggs to die fast, which is not horrible because that removes breach from your fleet, then you call Cassian who cleanses taunt from HT. After that, you either finish RC or switch to XB if you think you can pop it super fast. If you are lucky, you can kill both before HT taunts again, then you just have to punch it for a while. Eventually call Y-Wing to (hopefully) protection distrupt HT, then kill it OR call Raven's Claw and try to go around it. Probablem is you still have to Kill HT before Exec blows up your H1. It's hard. Good luck.
On my main with Profundity, HMF, Y, OR, with no reinforcements normally. In Mirror matches, I do call Ghost first for all the assists it provides, but that's it. On my ALT with Home One, it's Biggs, Bistan, Raven's Claw, with OR as the 1st and only RI needed vs Mal, Tarkin, H1, Finalizer, Raddus. Vs Negotiator it's Biggs, Bistan, HMF followed by Cassian, Raven's Claw.
Sorry, I don't understand your question. What kills the rest of the fleet? HT is very easy to kill with any combination of Bistan, HMF and Raven's Claw. Why? While HT gains 25% Protection Up when he is damaged, his kit says "Attacks that deal damage multiple times will not trigger these effects more than once." The game defines that as multiple attack per turn, so when Claw double Taps, or calls assists (HMF also) HT takes the full damage. Also, Bistan and HMF have super high penetration. But what do you mean "it kill the rest of the fleet"? Did you mean after you kill all enemies, how to kill HT? If so, as you watch the videos, notice that when HMF reinforces, it calls ALL allies to assist, and normally dies or nearly dies there. After, HMF can normally 1 shot it if it's still alive.
Hey Gerbil great vid thanks man. In Gac and generally though, if you have profundity, then how would you split the teams out. Who would you use with Home One and who would you reserve for Profundity. I use Profundity on defense and generally it seems Rebel Y Wing, Millennium Falcon and the Outrider are fundamental to that fleet. Also what are your thoughts on ReD5? Nice work again man and thanks.
Hm... Red 5 ain't coming... I think. I mean, it could, even as a GL Leia requirement, but I feel CG's Meathead (I think it was him) trolled us enough that he got slapped down by CG Management and since, they have been silent about it. I don't put Profundity or Exec on D. Why? I prefer faster easy wins in fleet GAC battles and I can choose how to split the teams. Normally yes, HMF, Y, Outrider with Profundity, but if I'm feeling risky or confident, I'll put HMF with Home1 as the first RI and then run ProFun with Y, Outrider and Ghost, with no RI or Phantom and Wedge as backups. I don't do this often, but I really love playing my H1 fleet and it gets higher banner wins than most others due to Home1 giving so much bonus protection on assists with Raven's Claw and HMF.
if you go hdb you get these 3 ships. It super charges your GAC account and can hit 1 in fleets up to and past the time in which you would need to get a get 2 fleet, executor or profundity. It facilitates a transition. Idk why I said it was better it’s just different. But it definitely gives you a more optimal path into the negotiator. I have an account that went jka Biggs Vader into negotiator into executor, I was the first to get executor in my shard and hit 1 in arena the entire way up. You can afford to max abilities on the negotiator too. I’m definitely using this fleet in GAC tho. I’m getting starkiller so I already have the RC farmed and really wanted to put it to use.
What line up and gear levels you running? Against what fleets? I use it at Kyber 2 GAC now to challenge Negotiator, Raddus, Finalizer. There are some certain strategies you gotta use though. It’s not straightforward like some fleets.
You dont unlock Ravens Claw until 65 and Kyle until 69. By the time either of them are farmed up to be viable you're already around like lvl 73? By that time theres already hyperdrive accounts with fully established fleets dominating the top 5 so i dont think this is viable for full F2P players unless going for Profundity as a first journey, but even then its a hard sell with the relic 9 requirements on that journey. Focusing on light side ships early on also means you dont have dark side ships to level up your executrix and youll be out of the zeta challenge until you get that sorted. Unless youre buying hyperdrive, this fleet doesnt seem ideal as a starter, despite being an obviously good fleet. Most players will have to wait 3-6 months to unlock a GET2 ship before tasting some daily crystal income and then maybe 2-3 months longer before being able to consistently grab first place if chasing a fleet journey first.
Very good and fair points. I did buy the hyperdrive for half price, so I did not experience what you're talking about. I really want to make a F2P map for alternative farming and I want to make an updated video on my own experiences with this pathway. If I do, i'll try to include your point as it's good. NO idea on on her, I have not geared her up or even read her kit yet. LOL Maybe soon, but it's gonna be a while. She's a very low priority for me as she was not a real SW character, literally made up by CG, and while she's great in Conquest, I just don't need her for anything yet.
The Home One fleet is fantastic and the pathway to Chimaera and Profundity. All the pilots and ships except Kyle, Raven's Claw, and some of the Phoenix are store farms, not node farms.
At level 60, ya.... but over? Sure, most people at Raven's Claw at level 85. :) haha, but I get your point, it's not a super super early fleet. However, and I should clarify, but I feel the game doesn't even really start till around level 80. There's just so much content and stuff that player levels are the 1st thing you complete.
I often enjoy the alt more as I get to play around rather than forced in to the required X to counter Y every match.... Younger accounts have a LOT more variability

Ravens claw has helped me punch up against enemies 100k over me in fleet arena I have been in the top 5 for months thanks to him

Once I get my zeta farm geos to 5* I am definitely swapping to this. Should go nicely towards getting my Chimaera as well. Really appreciate the info!

This same fleet is in my shard and I cannot beat him. It's impossible with my Chimera. As soon as Han's Falcon comes in from reinforcements It's over.

Probably not with any real consistency. A 7* with good relics can do it pretty reliably Vs. 5* Exec, but really unsure about your sit. :(

Wow, first of all incredible video and super informative! I'm the chump you absolutely disintegrated at 8:15 (Skodol). I'm not aware of any shard fleet server but I'd definitely be interested if one was to be made. I plan to have Executor next rotation but I'll be taking it off of defence after the climb as I definitely don't want to hinder anyone else's rewards! 7pm AEST is my reward claim time which you respect and that's hugely appreciated! If i have the outrider farmed and relicd already should I still bench it?
For Home 1, it's not a great ship. The basic does minimal damage (but hits MUCH harder under ProFundity). The speed up and healing is great, but that's really a reinforcement feature. So ya, under Home 1, I would keep it as a 2nd or even 3rd RI.
Do you think it has similar viability plugging into a different fleet (I am early game but have an R5 Kyle) or is it too reliant on being with non-scoundrel rebel allies and home one to really work?
Raven's Claw is very much a Home One ship. It has direct call outs to Home One all over and the assists it calls, triggers Home One to apply Protection Up on the assisting ship. Take those away, and it's not a great ship.

executor starts showing on my shard now but profundity is so far in my radar, but i'm aiming to get there somehow. any tips with home one vs executor? its possible cause i can beat it but its taking 3-4 tries on an average. do you think gearing raven will help here?
Home 1 is NOT a good counter to Exec, but as you said, it can be done. It's very very RNG based. Normally, you want Biggs, Bistan, HMF and you need to focus on Razor Crest. Expect Biggs to die fast, which is not horrible because that removes breach from your fleet, then you call Cassian who cleanses taunt from HT. After that, you either finish RC or switch to XB if you think you can pop it super fast. If you are lucky, you can kill both before HT taunts again, then you just have to punch it for a while. Eventually call Y-Wing to (hopefully) protection distrupt HT, then kill it OR call Raven's Claw and try to go around it. Probablem is you still have to Kill HT before Exec blows up your H1. It's hard. Good luck.
Once Han, Y wing, and the Outrider are unlocked what is your starting set up?
On my main with Profundity, HMF, Y, OR, with no reinforcements normally. In Mirror matches, I do call Ghost first for all the assists it provides, but that's it. On my ALT with Home One, it's Biggs, Bistan, Raven's Claw, with OR as the 1st and only RI needed vs Mal, Tarkin, H1, Finalizer, Raddus. Vs Negotiator it's Biggs, Bistan, HMF followed by Cassian, Raven's Claw.

Sorry, I don't understand your question. What kills the rest of the fleet? HT is very easy to kill with any combination of Bistan, HMF and Raven's Claw. Why? While HT gains 25% Protection Up when he is damaged, his kit says "Attacks that deal damage multiple times will not trigger these effects more than once." The game defines that as multiple attack per turn, so when Claw double Taps, or calls assists (HMF also) HT takes the full damage. Also, Bistan and HMF have super high penetration.
But what do you mean "it kill the rest of the fleet"? Did you mean after you kill all enemies, how to kill HT? If so, as you watch the videos, notice that when HMF reinforces, it calls ALL allies to assist, and normally dies or nearly dies there. After, HMF can normally 1 shot it if it's still alive.

In Gac and generally though, if you have profundity, then how would you split the teams out. Who would you use with Home One and who would you reserve for Profundity.
I use Profundity on defense and generally it seems Rebel Y Wing, Millennium Falcon and the Outrider are fundamental to that fleet.

Hm... Red 5 ain't coming... I think. I mean, it could, even as a GL Leia requirement, but I feel CG's Meathead (I think it was him) trolled us enough that he got slapped down by CG Management and since, they have been silent about it.
I don't put Profundity or Exec on D. Why? I prefer faster easy wins in fleet GAC battles and I can choose how to split the teams. Normally yes, HMF, Y, Outrider with Profundity, but if I'm feeling risky or confident, I'll put HMF with Home1 as the first RI and then run ProFun with Y, Outrider and Ghost, with no RI or Phantom and Wedge as backups. I don't do this often, but I really love playing my H1 fleet and it gets higher banner wins than most others due to Home1 giving so much bonus protection on assists with Raven's Claw and HMF.
G12 Biggs r7 anakin and r7 Vader is definitely best ftp fleet by far. But this is cool too.

if you go hdb you get these 3 ships. It super charges your GAC account and can hit 1 in fleets up to and past the time in which you would need to get a get 2 fleet, executor or profundity. It facilitates a transition. Idk why I said it was better it’s just different. But it definitely gives you a more optimal path into the negotiator. I have an account that went jka Biggs Vader into negotiator into executor, I was the first to get executor in my shard and hit 1 in arena the entire way up. You can afford to max abilities on the negotiator too. I’m definitely using this fleet in GAC tho. I’m getting starkiller so I already have the RC farmed and really wanted to put it to use.

Every time I use mine I'm always blown away at how bad it is.
What line up and gear levels you running? Against what fleets? I use it at Kyber 2 GAC now to challenge Negotiator, Raddus, Finalizer. There are some certain strategies you gotta use though. It’s not straightforward like some fleets.
You dont unlock Ravens Claw until 65 and Kyle until 69. By the time either of them are farmed up to be viable you're already around like lvl 73? By that time theres already hyperdrive accounts with fully established fleets dominating the top 5 so i dont think this is viable for full F2P players unless going for Profundity as a first journey, but even then its a hard sell with the relic 9 requirements on that journey. Focusing on light side ships early on also means you dont have dark side ships to level up your executrix and youll be out of the zeta challenge until you get that sorted. Unless youre buying hyperdrive, this fleet doesnt seem ideal as a starter, despite being an obviously good fleet. Most players will have to wait 3-6 months to unlock a GET2 ship before tasting some daily crystal income and then maybe 2-3 months longer before being able to consistently grab first place if chasing a fleet journey first.
Very good and fair points. I did buy the hyperdrive for half price, so I did not experience what you're talking about. I really want to make a F2P map for alternative farming and I want to make an updated video on my own experiences with this pathway. If I do, i'll try to include your point as it's good. NO idea on on her, I have not geared her up or even read her kit yet. LOL Maybe soon, but it's gonna be a while. She's a very low priority for me as she was not a real SW character, literally made up by CG, and while she's great in Conquest, I just don't need her for anything yet.

The Home One fleet is fantastic and the pathway to Chimaera and Profundity.
All the pilots and ships except Kyle, Raven's Claw, and some of the Phoenix are store farms, not node farms.
Ya... I prefer the store farms mostly as you can pretty much ensure 4-8 shards a day. The fleet nodes are painful at 1-2 a day... :(
Most certainly no one will have ravens claw at lvl 60 or over.
At level 60, ya.... but over? Sure, most people at Raven's Claw at level 85. :) haha, but I get your point, it's not a super super early fleet. However, and I should clarify, but I feel the game doesn't even really start till around level 80. There's just so much content and stuff that player levels are the 1st thing you complete.
