Can you please make a video on Registration on the campervan? I have concerns regarding this... If we convert a van into campervan do we need to get the registration certificate updated? What about old vehicles like your Matador ... For how long can we get the registration extended? What are the costs?
Govt of Kerala ,going to Start Caravan tourism named Keravan, where they gona have specified location in tourist spots to park safely and have fun with family and friends
Instead of trying to spend tax payers money on making Caravans and then not using them after a year. It is better our govts understand the true way of increasing tourism. They need to liberalise Caravan licensing and manufacturing. Also educate traffic police on Caravans. Am sure these will make local players own and rent enough number of Caravans to help tourist select from their choice.
@@FirstIndianCamper yes you are right, this is why I don't ride in Kerala because of their traffic police, I think when they see MH registration there might not much issue. Indian government should Liberalize caravan manufacturing or else give the approval to convert the any vehicle to our own idea like in Europe. It's already people started vanlife in India too. I hope government will take action

Discovered your channel Today! Pretty informative video. Thanks !!! My husband's and I began traveling by road in the year 2000 in our beautiful Santro. ( We still have her) The back seats would tumble down to flatten the back , we would put our mattress ( gadda), few bedsheets, pillows and some stuff and go. Used tobe a real adventure trip coz then there were no mobiles, no internet... navigation was through maps( paper/books) and truck drivers !!!! , Many times on map a road was shown and on ground .... It wasn't there !!!!! So when we see nowadays people travelling by road .... It makes us so happy. It's such a fun way to travel . It also makes us aware how things have changed over the years in our country!!!! Then it used to be the local shacks that served the most amazing food and tea .... not the KFC drive through, and the truck drivers of the hilly areas like Manali or leh were the most disciplined and helpful !!!! 👍👍
