Just listening to him talk about Life of Brian... he WAS Brian! He WAS King Arthur (in the Holy Grail). If anything he could be considered the main "actor" of the group
How nice to see another Graham interview although It would've been nice if he'd spoken a bit more about himself. Very sad when he said it wouldn't be long till he was 50 when tragically he didn't make it.
Graham was a great actor - see him play King Arthur - he was so good, so convincing he could have co starred in Richard Burton drama movies that centered around medieval times! RIP Graham and Terry Jones
Do you have the monologue? My family was in the audience that day and my dad got kicked out for shouting out and you could hear him in the broadcast. I would love to hear that again.
Was avid viewer of Carson as a very young child since my parents absolutely loved him. I have learned,.as I have aged, how inane his interviews were. He had very learned and interesting individuals, like Graham, yet was unable to ask any probing or interesting questions. Sad really.
To be fair, the focus of the interview was on the Dangerous Sports Club, not the rest of Graham's life. And Carson was usually a good interviewer, probably the best in his field.
The background music to the winter sport is a version of Queen's Don't Stop Me Now
graham smiling is another thing that always made my day 🥺
Nice to see Mr. Raymond Luxury Yacht on this show.😁
You and I both know it's pronounced 'Throat Warbler Mangrove'.
@@matthewbrinson1453 I honestly told a telemarketer that was my name.... it was beautiful!!!!!
I went to Graham's lecture in San Francisco where there was more video of the Dangerous Sportsman. Needless to say, the audience were stunned.

He wasn't Dick Cavett.
