Hi Bro, My company is deducting some amount for Gratuity from my CTC
And they telling they will give it only on completion of 5 years service in the company
If we quit before 5 years then they won’t give that deducted amount

Actually I worked in 3 companies as of now
But now in my resume I put only 2 company names and I don't want to show my first organization.
While going for BGV did they find details about my first organization or they check only the companies whatever I put on my resume.
Please tell me bro.

Mostly they will only check the companies you had mentioned they will do bgv, while they will also mostly ask why there is a gap after your studies it might be more than 6 months or rarely 3 months gap..
