YESS, I was waiting for ww to re-open, because I didn’t get to ride it last season
It’s my favorite ride and I ride it a few times but I was bumped out my previous trips
Great video Colin.
Glad to hear WW is back.
Gotdangit though, what about Zoom? I've yet to get a ride on that thing.
Those turtles have been fed some fries over the years, I bet! :D
Love your vlogs, genuinely feel like I’m at the park regularly even though I haven’t been since June. Keep em coming! 🤝🏻
I went to the park yesterday, and they boarded up the pavilion in plaza de carnival to build the maze.
That is awesome. Best non-coaster ride in the park IMO.
I’m kinda hoping they put in a new flat ride across from Wonder Woman instead of a Fright Fest maze.
There is already two flats in metropolis, I doubt they do a third but you never know!
@@Sliipjack I just think that there’s a lot of unused space in the park and that having plenty of flat rides could help relieve the lines for some of the roller coasters with the longest wait times
Fright fest is only once a year. And it’s something people look forward to every year
Hurray for Wonder Woman’s return! Can’t wait to go back hopefully this month 👍🏾
My fav ride
A ride similar to Wonder Woman in Portland got stuck upside down with people on it. It happened a month or so ago. Everyone is ok I read but they were all understandably glad to get off.
As per a ride-op in that area "The parachutes ride is most likely not going to removed anytime soon as it has various cellular communications devices and access points for the park-wide wifi, there has been word of it reopening but those plans keep getting canceled."
Eiffel tower of Jackson!
@@vrryan6 you think they’ll reuse it for something else?
@@patrickmack9462 Not sure yet, there was talk about it but nothing ever came of it.
Welcome Back Wonder Woman New Jersey
My favorite ride
You hated the new skull mountain so much that you took out its Jaw. It will get its revenge
It gives me hope that they are continuing to do improvements throughout the year. Here is my wishlist for the park now that the merger went through:
- Re-paint Nitro
- Refresh Golden Kingdom, re-paint Kingda Ka, and add a flat ride or two to the area
- Restore theming and effects on Skull Mountain, Batman, Dark Knight, and Justice League
- Make the end of the Boardwalk by Superman and Green Lantern the new "Metropolis" and replace Parachutes with a new flat ride that fits with the Metropolis theme
- Take the current Movietown and Metropolis areas and turn into one large DC Universe
- Revert Harley Quinn back to a pirate theme and find an original name for The Joker that actually makes sense for the area it's in
- Add a new roller coaster in the old Rolling Thunder plot of land
@@nyxmike Now that’s a good list ngl 👀
@@nyxmike I would turn Movietown into Gotham City and have Boardwalk be Coast City (Green Lantern’s hometown in the comics)
I was there yesterday it was so fun I got to go 3 times in a row in the morning
i hope the new fright fest maze buildings are nice looking, and not just big metal boxes. we have enough of those
My friend was on wonder woman when it broke down. He said everyone was stuck on it for about 20 minutes after it stopped. It didn't open until… well uhh…this vlog.
Yo so I'm coming to six flags with some friends next week. We're coming from a few hours away and either haven't been before or went 6 or so years ago. Do you have any tips of how to get everything good in because the day we're going it's only open 11-8
I'm really curious on what they will do with that arena area by medusa
I am so glad it reopened because it’s my favorite ride
Flash I can give a pass for not being open yet since this was a last minute addition but the Log Flume still not open is an embarrassment. Will this ride even be open this year? Years past Long Flume and Congo Rapids (Roaring Rapids) close shortly after Labor Day weekend. Well over a year closed for renovations and not even close to being open.
W Vlog keep up the good work🍷🗿
What do you think the odds of Great Adventure getting a new ride/ coaster next year are? I remember seeing markers by the safari early in the season but haven’t seen any progress
Honestly I think maybe for the 2026 season they’ll have a new ride because they just did so much stuff to the park putting a lot of money into this park so I think they will relax for a year and then get back into it.
The odds of it happening are close to none. There are rumors stating that GAdv could get another coaster cuz Flash wasn’t their “planned 50th anniversary coaster”. Because of that, I don’t really see that happening next year and therefore reset the clock. However a more realistic scenario, they’ll receive a flat ride like a Zamperla NebulaZ or a Catwoman Whip aka Endevor for example next year and then receive a new coaster by 2026 or 2027
With Flash’s current trajectory, I’m thinking the 2025 addition may be pushed to 2026
@@ColiwoodStudios that’s what I’m starting to think as well. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if Flash is a 2025 addition at this point
I was here last week and I wish Wonder Woman was opened sooner
So since my favorite ride is back open, how is flash doing
8.49 for a churro is appalling
Does anyone know why the park doesn’t do construction updates on all there projects like other parks?
For Flash at least, I believe it’s because they would need to be approved by Warner Brothers (owners of DC)
So I noticed Toro has started to have a little jackhammering at the end of the twister section, and I think it's because the structure has been beneding a bit. Have you noticed that at all recently?
