I love these Julie. Beautiful colors. They look like carnations. I count my steps as well. There are 16 stairs up my stairs 4 more to my door. I've done it all my life. They say it's a form of OCD. I always thought I was weird. Because of my granddaughter I found out the old connection. Great video.
They are all beautiful I don't think I could choose a favorite one. Just love the blue. Blue is my color. Absolutely gorgeous and stunning coasters Julie. Thank you for sharing them.
These are AMAZING!! The 3D of the petals is incredible! I do LOVE the sweet soft pink better! The 'blobbies' as You call them make it look even more 3D which I liked. You are SO gifted!! Energetic! Brilliant! Creative!! Just aren't enough adjectives to cover all You are!! 😍
Oh Julie these are stunning, loving the colour combo! If you do these again could you please try with red and yellow so we will also get the orange? That may be interesting
I liked this color choice and petals of this one but the center swirl of the pink….that said both are beautiful, because, of course, color choice is in the eye of the beholder…lol. Ps that last one you were highlighting was so beautiful…totally my favorite of ALL of them, including the pink, because it got the center like the pinks.
Yes, I do count the steps. Lol. I even count when I'm waiting. What an interesting technique. Shows how while certain results might not work on certain applications they can be really beautiful in others. I just watched #900 I think it was and you achieved a dragon scale look without trying. It turned out so beautiful. That was when you also discovered how the resin responds to the outside edges of the mold and any inclusions like your copper colored glass.
The one you chose as your favorite to walk around with is actually the one that I chose as my favorite because the center in that particular one; to me looked more like a rose and I love how it looks like a rose burst ( instead of a starburst) I'm calling it a Roseburst. VERY VERY GORGEOUS! 💙🤍
I like the color choices on this one! The turquoise really became quite pale in the final product though, hoped it would be more similar to the ink drop color. Interesting to see how the blooms work with mica added in this series! I'd be interested in seeing how it looks with the blue in this for the petals rather than the center.
Absolutely gorgeous The interference gold really sets it off. Yes we resin people are critical of our own work but love everyone else’s. Great work Julie ❤
I love the colors in these much better than the pink. It makes the 3D effect show up better. I like the one you picked out the best also. I could see the gold in the petals when you brought the coaster up closer to the camera. I'd like to see you do another one in different blues.
Beautiful results. I'm also a counter..when using the microwave I see how close I get to the timer. Or if I'm mowing the lawn I guess how many more times I have to go before I'm done. I read some comments and saw another counter..lol. That's too funny.
It may have a similar effect to wax, but it also looks like a cascade of paint caught flying away from the middle. There's not many mediums apart from literal photography that can achieve this effect in an art piece, so there is something to be proud of in the "blobbiness" of it. I do agree that the third one you revealed was the best in terms of detail, and from the back side they almost looked like swirling peacocks in that moment before you used the heat gun, then re-swirled. I really like how the teal turned out on the front--that was pretty much my favorite shade of the light teal right there. 😊
Loving the spirals! Please, please try the maroon and gold. I think you will hit the jack pot using these colors. I love the way they've come out add extra gold so it can stand out...is my opinion. Your doing a fabulous job 👏 😀 ❤🎉
These coasters are so gorgeous ! Love the colors & can definitely see the gold in them. I prefer this blue circular to the drawing the petals. Thank you Julie
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You used my idea for gold in the petals!!!! It looks so pretty! And with blue! Gold and blue is my favorite color combination! I love these so much Julie! A way to add a background to the ones you fill all the way could be to add colored felt to the back like the way people add cork to the back of coasters sometimes! So so so pretty! Is there an even more yellowy gold mica powder? It might stand out more. Ahhhh love these!!!!!
Absolutely gorgeous!! Think i prefer the spiral technique even though i like the shape of the pink, just because there are less blobbies as you said. I'm with you the tp right is my favorite. I was silly hyped when i already picked before you asked, and then turns out we have the same fave.
I'm a counting person, too! I count steps on stairs, steps to the mailbox, everything gets counted. I have never known why, I just do. I love watching your videos. I learn so much from you. What is "interference" gold?
Beautiful!! I like the blue lines going into the center vs cleaning the silicone tool off between lines. Also, could you, when you draw petals, instead of stopping & retracing just make loops close to the center so that it is a continual line? Make smaller loops in the center of the petals.
I thought I was the only “Counter.” It’s getting worse the older I get. Actually everything not just steps. I try and stop but it’s hard. Thanks for the great video.
Hey Julie these turned out beautiful. Check out Glitz ‘n Glitter by Michelle episodes 417 & 487. She does the bloom with the spirals but she adds an extra swirls all around the bloom and with the dotting tool she makes a larger swirl in the centre. which results in a beautiful centre. Would love to see you attempt.❤
OMG I do. I count stairs and steps and all kinds of things, lol. Ohhhhhhh, lovely! Yep, these are awesome. The petals look like melted wax. OMG, Julie, I just freaking said that before you. Really! I think we might be quite similar. Are you my sister from another mister, lol? Gorgeousness. Yes, somebody mentioned other colors of interference powders. Might be neat. xoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Really pretty, the colors are very nice. ❤
They all came out gorgeous! I love both colored petals, and the darker backing you really see the depth of the petals!👏👍
They are beautiful. They look like icing flowers that you would put on a cake. The colors are fantastic 🥰

This one is by far, my favorite of this style. Freaking gorgeous!
Crinolines!
And my sons could all count long before Kindergarten because I always count up and down steps!
They turned out beautifully
The Interference Blue, the Violet or even the Green would look incredible with the blue and turquoise. Great idea!!! Love it.
Very pretty. Love the colors.
Although both are beautiful, I think I prefer the pink petals more. Great job!❤
To me it looks like taffy, love it just stunning
Loving the spirals! Please, please try the maroon and gold.
