A truly innocent man would cherish the opportunity to profess his innocence and use this interview to challenge the evidence against him. Lorenzo eyes are the tell tale signs that an evil spirit/s are dwelling within him. His eyes are weirdly darting around suspiciously as they try to analyze the journalist and make sense of the visit. Demons are intelligent. Being in prison are not in their best interest. They need him on the outside to resume where he left off. The fact that Lorenzo is having the meeting, a demon that appears to be patient and speaks comfortably is a ploy to give the impression that he's innocent. However. Remember it's very very very difficult for demons to tell the truth, because they are liars and will skirt around the truth.
Notice that when the Journalists gives direct facts of his crime, his response is angry and he threatens to abort the interview.
I am no professional, but I believe the spirit of death, lies, anger, and many others are there interchanging throughout the interview.
His real personality is the one his boss describes. However, it does not control but is taken over by the death spirit when he kills, but Lorenzo has no knowledge and would find it difficult to believe he commited a crime/s.
That serial killer demon is vicious and could only possess him because of a serious open gate in his life that gave them access.
He need deliverance through the power of Christ.
