I never realized how important it was to stay hydrate until I hiked 10 miles out into the middle of nowhere with my dog. Not surprisingly we got lost so I because I’m a good lad gave the rest of my water to my dog. I was ten seconds away from trying to drink my own blood when I was able to find the main trail. Moral of the story is don’t go hiking and instead just stay home and stay hydrated.
