I've been using this for about a year now. I tried other minimalist & thin wallets, but I still go back to this one. Coz in terms of quality construction, looks, and overall carry, it still is the most viable option in terms of carrying cash and cards!
Look into airo collective, ive had their wallet for almost a year and the thickness is about half of this, thats with 8 cards and a good amount of cash.
I don't know if you know it cause I didn't hear your mentioning it, but the spring on the Sherman Brands wallets is adjustable, I own a Serman Brands and if you take the clip out and twisted clock wise you can make it tighter.
Thank you for showing this, I just received mine( Texas brown) loving it so far, its compact and slim just the way I wanted it. I like carrying cash so it works out for me as I don't like carrying cards.
My main issues is my current wallet I got from Walmart 10 years ago for $10, tri fold, still has some life left in it.. probably another year or two, but I need something thinner to switch to front pocket.. given that I’ve spent $1 a year for my current wallet I find spending $30 for two years to be outrageous.
I get it. I'm on my second serman wallet and it's been holding up great for almost 4yrs now. I think the first one I got may have just been a fluke not holding up as well. How the wallet fits in my pocket and functions is a high priority for me and worth spending the extra money to get what works best but I do understand they are a little pricey in comparison to some other cheap good wallets.
I would never trust a money clip I don't even keep cash with me everything goes to my card. I own a Columbia wallet for 4 years still in good shape , it definitely is a good gift.

Some money clips have an adjustable spring. 4:52 That little pieace of leather is not just to show the color(it would be kinda pointless). It serves different purpose - you can test with it how this leather is reacting to washing and how it is reacting to different leather treatment products, so you wouldn't ruin the main piece.
Yeah the company has since reached out to me and sent me other wallets to review if you'll look at my more recent wallet video on my channel. They also informed me the clip was adjustable to tighten up again. Also they are in the process of sending me 2 additional variations to film hopefully by the end of the month.

Cayro Espi I also like a pocket for cash but just that extra layer of leather adds a decent amount to the thickness. The money clip makes it overall thinner especially when empty.

I’ve had the same wallet for a couple of years. Love it but as he said the clip became loose and I didn’t love that but still used it because it’s wonderful. Just saw the reply from the manufacturer and tried it. It worked and now is back to normal. Strongly recommend.
I honestly don't know. It seems to me its just leather so I'm not sure there is anything besides leather between the card and the outside. Not sure how rfid blocking works.
I don't usually keep that much cash which is one reason I like thin wallets and how I keep them thin. It would easily hold 10-15 bills I'd say. Much more than that and it's starts getting bulky and defeats the purpose of a minimalist wallet in my opinion. I typically have 5 or less bills in mine with an occasional check.

It just winds up in our landfills. Your old one (which was actually knew, IMO, - two years old) started falling apart after just two years of use, and you bought another one???! The money clip is bad and your ID compartment is falling apart? Buying another one is the definition of insanity! This just turned me off regarding the quality of the wallets that this company makes. I had a leather wallet for over 30 years. The one I am using now, I bought about 15 years ago, thinking mine would fall apart soon. It didn’t. It lasted about 10 more years. My current one I’ve been using for about five years and is doing great!

This wallet ok at best. Falls apart easy. I used it only one year. For price still good buy. Don’t expect much though
