I understand that this is a concept but what I want to know is did they think about winter conditions when designing this concept? Is this a Spring/Summer cruiser? The back wheel cover doesn't seem winter snow friendly but over all this concept car looks cool and has a lot of killer features that get me excited for the future of cars.

Auto AI is a huge business since some of these safety features are expected to be standard equipment by 2022. The first to prove the concept may get bought by a big name manufacturer and incorporated in there own design.
Toyota wants to build a factory in Baja, Mexico. No Way! Big Border Tax! We may even want to get the EPA involved to dismantle each and every car to make sure drugs aren't smuggled.
They make the concept cars with a ton of new and innovative ideas. Then over the next few years as technology continues to improve and expand, they take bits and pieces of the ideas from their concept cars, update those features with the latest tech, perhaps tweak them a bit and then put them into a production car.
Car Companies may have to move to other fields then just cars to be profitable and forward thinking of the changing world technologically, like Toyota is doing with Robotics and A.I.. But the concept of the car looks quite nice actually :)

I like the trouble free feeling prior Sprinter 02 long talk cargo all tools for my busy security buisness nothing but trouble stupid stuff locks never worked fuel filter clogged at 25k Again 50k then 75k no warning in California not hot cold drive super power with full weight wow service out of control gone a month sold it 10k with custom shelves 5k double ln e battery 800 for some good ones run flat tires Had no 4 in rear just 2 Had 3 fuel pumps the hidden failed dealer could not find it put non cobra fuel clamps week later 3 am loud bang shut down all at 70mph Lost brakes all electrical rolled backwards in dark on hwy 17 it did make it perfect went 9/10 of a mile no cars saved me I Waited for flat bed 45 driver was great tried to start it nope 3 days later fixed drive 60 miles Had a vox recorder in to listen omg a couple got it going on but the time was 1 hour and 24 hrs got to call to pickup Didn't see they hit something I went played to manager no charge and dont come back So I like the Rav4 se GPS cameras and big tires same size drives great 2016 electricstorm is color two tone inside iOS 7 + Works fast has location services installed by sheriff due to me getting lost in big sur no cell service was not allowed to leave
Toyota, WTF!? It looks horrible. Like a Hotwheels crazy car. Can't even roll the windows down on a hot day. How is that gonna work when I go through the drive through. And why is there a racing style steering wheel, what happens when I need to rotate the wheel more than 30 degrees? remember driving school 10 and 2 people, 10 and 2!. There is a reason for that. The patterns on the rear window make it look like an overcompensating fancy tooth brush grip or something. Also, why put a nice big window there, then cover it up with stickers? that defeats the purpose of the window. The golden accent on the chubby rear is also very tacky and toy like, to simply leave it black would serve the design much better. And what about privacy. I happen to like a bit of that while driving. Give me back my door Toyota! If I get arrested for flashing kids at the beach while I'm trying to slip discretely in to my board shorts in the privacy of my own vehicle - it will be your fault! It looks like a student project. Give me a sketch pad and one day, and I'm pretty sure I can best that design.
