I have a good reputation, a lot of customers whose neighbours and friends want to hire us to clean, also phone ringing with no idea how they heard of me. But only 2 full time and 1 casual workers plus myself. 1 worker good, the other c grade. Too much work not enough workers. Not set up properly as a legal business. Don't know where to start. A huge market to tap into if only I knew how.
I'm loving this information. ❤
It's my dream/goal to be able to provide for my son and myself, to own a home, to be able to take my son on a fun vacation when he's on break, rather than having to work ALL THE TIME!
I'm ready to expand and I have so many questions, I want to make sure I am a good choice for my employees so they want to stay with me providing a quality service they can feel proud of.
My old boss hardly paid anything, it was rough. I worked so hard to be ridiculously broke, and I don't want my employees to feel how I felt.

I need your help, how can I find consultants who I can trust?
I have turned away so many clients because I dont have staff who can give the quality of work I provide.
All my clients want me there, and all my clients are referrals because of my reputation, I do a good job, but I can't find cleaners who are that committed, even though I pay more than any other local cleaning company.
Help me please, I want to expand and I really need to have some time off, I work 7 days a week and do everything else. Please HELP.
