Yo, super applicable tips, appreciate that. I do question why you refer to the VI and VII chords as "flat", how are you conceptualizing this? Aren't Cmaj7 - D7 just the natural 6 and 7 of E-minor?
Thx dude, good question. Generally in music theory, we relate everything back to the MAJOR SCALE. so chords/notes in major are 1234567 and chords in minor are 12b345b6b7

Ohh I thought this was because in the key of E, C is sharp and so is D. So for them to be natural, they would be flat now?
