Why it has to be money all the time? When peter was appointed by jesus as the bearer of the keys of the church they didn't even talk about money and jesus was very against moneyed people and even talked about give what is for ceasar and for god what is for god. Im Catholic but the bishops and priest all cared for money issue nowadays instead of spiritual issues of the flock and this new bishops are more worried about money to be spend on his installation rather preparing himself spiritually for the job ahead and the people of bohol as catholic faithful.
Of course they have to spend for the installation of a Bishop because even money should be used in the Church but it should be used in a proper manner .
