Hello Dr
Do you accept patients from Canada? If do what is the cost for consulting.
We can offer you a second opinion consultation if you need that. Thank you for watching!
@cashleigh what about your HLA b27
that is not a feature of RA
Hi Doc, you’re very informative. I’m glad I found you on TH-cam. My question is I’ve been on a few biologics but I wanted to know how long should you give a biologic to know if it’s going to work for you?
Yes, absolutely, about 4 months!
I figured it would be around that I was on one for a year, after three months it did not work at all. My symptoms were getting worse and worse I was in so much pain and had damaged done to my joints. It took him a year to finally decide to put me on something else, and I’m still not happy with this biologic. I’m not in as much pain, but I’m still having problems with damage to my joints, and this has been just over a year😢
In our county many people do not know about this terrible disease what can we help them.
i was one of them before i got to know you.
Thank you for the kind words!Where are you from?
Thank u
your welcome!

Hi @caroline, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for being such an amazing viewer. Your support means the world to me!
I can take vitamins of group B, there is also folic acid. but can methotrexate cause burning feet? 🤔 because after I started taking it, I started having pain in my knee and burning in my feet. my diagnosis: Undifferentiated arthritis, no one knows what's wrong with me =( but I treat my arthritis as rheumatoid arthritis 😊
Thank you for sharing your experience and concerns. It's always helpful to hear from others going through similar situations. Remember, you're not alone in this journey!
Will you please say again, your thoughts on Rituxan? I’ve been on meth, hydroxy. Moved to Enbrel and now getting Rituxan infusions. I’ve had 2. Do you prescribe anything while waiting for Rituxan to take effect? Thank You. I appreciate your channel.
This is my last resort medication, unless there is a contraindication
@@rheumatologistoncall Thank you. I thought that’s what you said. I’m hoping this is a success. I did well on the other meds.. They lost their efficacy. I see where you are available in Montana. I may reach out and schedule a virtual visit. I’m grateful to have found you. Truly. Thank you, for responding. You must get HUNDREDS of e-mails.
@@rheumatologistoncall Do you mind saying why, on the Rituxan?
Can RA be caused by psychosomatic or psychosocial issues that lasted from 2017 to 2022?
