The Fate girl was the Roman Emperor, Nero Claudius, as an anime waifu. Especially Shirou Amakusa, Cu Chulainn, and Diarmuid Ua Duibhne to name a few. Even the gender-swapped characters are good in plenty of cases. It's just strikes me as a bit . . . excessive. Shuten Douji, Francis Drake, and Jacques de Molay come to mind. All that said, I can understand the Sabers of each series being girlified, after all, they want to copy the working formula.
