    Really great on her allowing and helping her husband achieve his educational goals. Alot of married folks when the other partner desires to improve or upgrade their education they don't get the support needed from the other person.

      Really?
      Most people would think needing to coupon everything to eat, have one partner give up a job because they can't afford nursery for the kids (and kids who go to nursery usually have a better start in school), need grandma to help with the kids having a standard toddler moment etc "unaffordable". If he was smart enough to do engineering you'd think they'd realise they could save a bunch of money with a smaller car. Having a family and kids means you can't always do that uni course or whatever. He's limited his kids early learning experiences and put a ton of pressure on his wife for something he wants, that's not really fair.

      Thank you for saying it! I decided not to have kids but, as a teacher, a lot of colleagues, have them and its a hard job. No one should judge parents. And more over, she is being intelligent involving her childrens in her couponing. Those kids are never going to take for granted food or clothes and they are gonna learn about the value of things. There so much kids that take that as something that grows on the trees because their parents didn't show them how hard is to put food on the table that its unbelievable. My mom hired me at seven to be her door to door sale woman (it was a very small and quiet town, so it was safe to do it) and I go to sell her paintings every day after school. We don't have coupons in Australia because all workers receive the minimum award wage of at least $22 per hour.

    • @andrewmartin9995
      @andrewmartin9995 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The federal minimum wage in Australia is $19.84, which is currently worth about $15.43 (USD) per hour. Target, Walmart, Costco, and many other brands across America have risen their minimum wage from $13-$15 an hour with far fewer local, state, and federal taxes. In places like Sydney, you know well this isn’t a livable wage and we have far more cost-effective cities in this country where nice suburban homes start at $150,000.

    This just brings back memories when I was a teen working at a small supermarket, I was annoyed at people like this. They'd just stand there watching the monitor and nit pick every item/coupon....then NOT HELP BAG! (Think that was the worst part). My line would be long, with a bunch of other annoyed customers rolling their eyes.

    I think this Mum is absolutely amazing. She knows what she has to do to feed her family of five. I suspect people who are negative actually wish they had the time and patience to do it too. The country I live in doesn't really have coupons. There are specials each week however we don't get anything for free. About 20% at the most and they always limit numbers. Mum you are incredible. I knew about coupons in the United States could mean free items but I never knew that you could make money.

    Australia haven't had any cases like this so far as We can't buy anything for free or bulk buy for no price. Corporates have mastered it and changed thngs long ago ..max we get is $5 discount if we spend over certain value without any discounts or coupons + we can't use more than 1 coupon on any single item.. 👌🏼 This girl will sure hate Australia if she knew this
