The dolphin imagery is definitely interesting because you don’t tend to see it as much when it comes to animal themes After some very brief research I found that they represent a lot of things but the ones I found most interesting was that they often symbolize rebirth! Especially seeing dolphin symbols on things in the moments before a life altering decision (like every time that she killed someone) They also represent freedom which is what she wants the most so that’s also a thing
If you pay attention to the newspapers and play through the game, you can glean that her father died in a dolphin hunting accident, and Veronica fucking _hates_ dolphins.
Also, generally, you’d have to be told this playthrough is an option by the devil, which requires an incredibly specific dialogue choice in the chapel. Tyler is apparently just one of those special people who doesn’t need prompting to murder everyone on board.
Anders up on the bridge just like, “wow she’s doing it again frankly it’s too late for me to report this without looking bad so I might as well enjoy the show” until the Major gets killed

I think the part where you canonically die is after you fail to shove the general, because that's the exact point where the outcomes becomes hard to believe. As the saying goes "Your last brain cell shooting dopamine as you reach for the cop's gun"

there's a couple different endings! Aside from the the neutral one where you get away and the kill everyone option, you can also plant evidence to frame other another passengers and get Malcom's life insurance money
So now after practicing solving the murder, to not leave any traces, getting away with murder, he's now committing the murders himself. I'm excited to see the irl version where he practices what he has learned
You should try Forgotten Kingdoms 2: The Ruby Ring. It's a great puzzle like game kinda similar to overboard but whit diffrent storyline and you can make at least 3 episodes before finishing it. Hope you'll try it.
