One thing I do on my rafts is use a stone hatch frame over the rudder. That way if you fall in? You can hit E under water to get back up. Great vid Earl. 🖖

You it's wicked cool you found such an easy way to lower rafts so I'll share this with you : the entire interior of the horseshoe of herbivore island is too shallow door the moby dick, and even megalodon and manta spawn far out.

Good morning Fam, I did it! 😂🥳 I actually figured out a way to connect irrigation pipes to a lowered raft foundation! Just make sure you are on PC and using only S+ Irrigation pipes. Anyway, I did a video and will start editing it and uploading it to TH-cam today. 🥳

Im late ti this but ty for the guide i was looking for a boat that couls be somewhat of a base but also be able to transport my dinos early on because like 20 minutes ago i was transporting my first sarco and carno and this swrco was rare colours but i git attacked by 3 megaladons and the sarco died im looking for a way to secure my dinos when i have them on what and this tutorial helped with that ty

Nope, when using this method you would make the bottom stone as well.
Does this work on console? That is by far the easiest way to build on a raft

WARNING - This method is not advised for Taming / Non-enclosed raft. Sinking foundations that low exposed the top of your raft. Any dino capable of hurting wood can sink your raft.
If you do it this way make sure it's fully enclosed with walls to protect raft. It works, but it's dangerous.
Otherwise, not a bad video man.
Not! Why would you leave the race open like that? The purpose for this is to protect it from attack from the bottom, you build a base raft with walls and a ceiling when you sink them this low, not designed for an open raft without walls. I know what I’m doing, been playing Ark for years and building like this with no problems.
But yeah, you’ll always want to enclose it.
I completely understand! And I agree, if enclosed this definitely works. But it wasn't stated in video so just giving people a heads up. 😁 Good for enclosed raft but bad for taming rafts. Not hating on you brother!

Wassup Fam, let’s see if I can help you out. Are you on your own server or single player? If so, go into your server settings or single player settings and increase the amount of items that be placed on a platform. Also, how far out did you expand your raft, that will determine how much you can place as well. I will be doing another raft build video soon and I’ll address the issue you are having. Hope this helps.

You really should prepare ahead of time before you do a video...at the very least have some food on you...but ideally you would have constructed all the building pieces and put them in a box before you even started recording so we don't have to watch you harvest..
