I don’t understand the VAR officials call on the Danes first goal. He started in an offside position but wasn’t ruled offside. Then the man checked back to an onside position. Same with the handball. His arm was in a natural position because it’s hard to sprint when your arms are at your side.

The player is allowed to stop his run to the ball. Many players do. But he must not stop his final kick.

So to summarize it up. A player is allowed to do feints in the run up to the kick but not to stop up and see reactions then kick (which is considered as feints)

On Germany's disallowed goal.. freeze the video at 55 seconds and tell me that there is not a german play picking taking the body of the defender on the player who would temporarily score on that header. And again at 55 seconds, check the German at teh goalie.. he legally gets in his way but in the end he illegally sticks his leg out to prevent teh goalie from punching that ball out. I know it dodn't mean thing.. I am just in an argument with a guy who insists I am wrong. So this is a sanity check for me.

Most attacks and chances were Germany. They just sucked and making their chances goals. There was no more disallowed danish goals than there were disallowed German goals.
The you like it or not. Var is accurate. The goals didn’t count, none of them.
Same way you could argue Germany was robbed of a goal. But the referee was strict. And he kept being strict towards both sides as any good referee should. Therefore the penalty was valid.

On top of that b4 this Euro shots this close to a defender were NEVER given as a handball. Because there is no way the defender can react to the shot, he can't retract his arm away from the ball, nor could he make a handball if he wanted to do that. Also was the defender not deliberately holding his arms wide to increase chances blocking the ball "unintended".
Situations like this never ever were handballs in the previous 150 years of football. But apparently some idiot at UEFA changed the rules two weeks ago, without informing all footballers and football fans in the world.

A thief doesn't enter a house and start making noise knowing he is there to steal, he looks for an opportunity. Referees too look for opportunities to play for the organising team.
