Just remember... The only time an arrow points up on a cabin air filter is when it says up next to the arrow on the filter. Otherwise an arrow indicates air flow direction which is down.
What's the part number for the air filter. I couldn't see it when you showed it. The camera was to far away. You showed the cabin filter part number perfectly tho.

I have 16 Tundra with 30k miles. Dealer recommend I replace filters ($45 & $30). But I read 40k is when you should change them.

Depends on where you live and where you drive and where you park.
if your filter shows air flow arrow instead of a "this way up" arrow like mine, point the air flow arrow down.
