The fact that you are not only shiny-locking each area, but not using ANY* boosts is insane. *Shiny encounter boosts.

@umanair2724 *any shiny boosts... Encounters help, but it's still rolling the same dice with the same modifier, so to speak. Just more often

Mimik’s luck is actually outrageous! Like can we all just appreciate how insanely lucky getting the Tera shiny, as well as the lvl 100 magikarp!???
I like how ShinyCatherine spent literal hours on end trying to get the one hundred shiny magikarp but then Mimik just goes, but what if faster?
When you mentioned the lv100 karp spawn, I went "no way!", booted up my game, flew there, and found a shiny Quagsire lol

This has become SUCH a comfort video for me, it’s just so enjoyable to rewatch. Obviously the solo area locks are great, but the energy that Tos and Mimik bring to videos that they’re in is incredible and so so fun, y’all have a great dynamic and wonderful synergy. You should do part 2 and part 3 of this, changing regions each time (so you get the center, Mimik gets the north and so on).
You had a pretty commanding lead, Noki, but I guess Mimik was destined for victory as soon as she found that Shiny Tera Vullaby. Still a great race that featured some great shinies.
I envy Mimik’s luck. I think I’m at 10 shiny sandwiches looking for shiny Vullaby, and she not only finds it, but it’s the Tera one, at full odds.
Nokimon catching 2 shinies within an hour is wild to me. That's exactly equal to the total number of natural(unboosted) shinies I've found in 24 years, 27 if you include Blue pokemon (before shinies were in the game but transferred ones to Silver could be shiny depending on some hidden values).

I swear Tos has blessed me with some of his shiny luck because I didn't realize how nice a shiny koffing had, so I went to shiny hunt him, and just before I was about to put up my sandwich, a shiny koffing materialized. It was like sub 30 seconds.

Area locked is the best pokemon video series I've ever seen. I'll admit when you said that Tos and Mimik were going to be in it and it wouldn't just be you and your funny jokes in every area I was hesitant, but this was so awesome. I love your area locked by yourself but also when you bring in your friends. The way you three go from being great friends to bitter rivals, then back to great friends in a matter of seconds is hilarious.

I like your shiny-locked challenges! It's both a challenge but still do-able for anyone else who wants to try it out themselves, and can give you some motivation for shiny hunts too!

Toss your lead pokemon at your target while being BEHIND it, then use Spore if the target isn't Grass type. Toss a suitable pokeball and done.
The rear-throw causes the target to forfeit its first turn and to DOUBLE the catch rates. You can tell that it worked if you get the message that the target 'was caught off guard'

Don’t know if you read these but for indigo you all should start at a separate biome when you get a shiny you have to go to the one biome no one starts at get a shiny go to next are get a shiny then go back to the biome no one started with back and forth til someone wins

Mimik got pretty luck finding that shiny Stantler at night. I found mine in the day right near the small bamboo area, and let me tell you, you can barely see that thing during the day. The green of Stantler and the grass is nearly identical in the daytime, and becomes MUCH more noticeable at night when the grass turns darker.

I tried the olive roll and got it in about two minutes after a few attempts, but it did find a little micro glitch that was insanely helpful! You dont have to get the olive in the basket, you just need to shove it up to the side. All you really need is to use the shortcut at the beginning wnd push it onto the ledge, and get it to the final area, and youre set :3

Also, maybe you guys can do a union circle, and make a rotation, like Savanah Area with all you 3... the 3 of you need the others to have at least 1 shiny, only than all 3 should move to the next area, there's a mininum to rotate again but no maximum... also same rules with bonus points for stactic encounters or marked shinies...
