Hello brains!! There were a few small glitches in the video we couldn't get rid of, it's pretty new technology so bear with us :D ALSO -- I explained as much as I could in the video without it going on too long, but there's a lot more to service dogs and emotional support animals and finding a good fit -- check out the links in the description, and if you have any questions post them here and Alex (HowlingEclipse on YT) who works with dogs and helped out with this episode might be able to answer them for you!
Animals are awesome. SO MANY FLUFFIIIEES in the video. On a serious note when i left the Army i was given two Service Dogs. One that was rescued from the war zone and had been a trained Army dog and aone trained here in the states. They were amazing. SGT Hank the Army dog was old and war torn but would use his body a push me out of bed when i didn't want to move. Lil Tommy was the younger and more wild of the two. Hank passed on and Tommy is somewhere else helping another person . I miss them both.
No worries, we're not our parents so we can handle a few glitches. :) This is one of my favorite H2ADHD videos because of all the dogs! I'm working toward getting a service dog, and you're right that it's cool to take your dog everywhere, but the downside is that you HAVE to take your dog EVERYWHERE. Still, a small price to pay if I can get out there and trust people and places and things and have a life and a job again.
One of the hardest things for me being away from home at uni is not having my dog here. I honestly never realised how important she was to me until she wasn't there. She shared my excitement, cheered me up when I was down and was my favourite thing about life at home.
It’s not fair to give us a 360 video! you know how easily we get distracted! So hard to focus on listening, with so much stuff around 😂😂 Jokes aside, this is SO cool! I love it when you upload, and after you quit your job to do this full time, it’s so clear to see how much extra effort you put in making and editing for us. Absolutely love it, keep doing what you do ❤️
I agree. I am already speeding up videos with a plugin and turning on captions just to help me focus, and then she throws in the 360. It's alright though, sort of like a virtual fidget cube.
It was indeed really fun! But oh boy 😂 I watched it twice, one where I explored, and one where I tried to focus on listening, and just looked at the little screen
Thank you for talking about the difference of an esa and a service dog! I know a few service dog handlers that have a lot of problems with ESA pets because people think that they can bring their esa everywhere. (Side note: if you fake a service dog and get caught you get fined and you may have to serve jail time)
Amanda P which i hate so much. Pet fees are super expensive and are a different topic in themselves. But to cheat the system because you don't want to pay a couple hundred dollars for you best friend is real BS
I'm seeing so many people just bringing their dogs everywhere and it is such bs. Sometimes they're not even on leashes but I dont really see anyone but me around that really has a problem with it. I'm sorry but it makes me kinda nervous I'm going to step in poo while I shop for bread or that one will scare my son because 98% of them are very obviously NOT trained service dogs. I think no one says anything because they dont want to offend anyone but I have to be super vigilant all the time because I have no idea what kind of training any of these "not service dogs" have. Just leave your furry friend at home for an hour while you go shopping or eat at a restaurant, m'kay?
Sometimes pets can know how we feel before we recognise it. I had a cat who would come for cuddles and sitting with me, before I got overwhelmed by feelings, and as a consequence, the overwhelm was reduced and almost manageable. She did it without training, she was an intuitive girl. Her effect on my life was immense.
I started walking and training my Mothers dog as she lives nearby. I learned that dogs and ADHD have alot in common, and that thinking about a dog feeling bad because you didn't walk it is a great motivator for exercise.
Woah!!! I’ve never watched a 360 video, and that totally freaked me out at first!!! 😂😂😂 sorry I only paid attention half the time cause I was too busy spinning and looking, hey look! Jessica’s phone is invisible! What does that picture frame say? So many dogs everywhere! I can even look at the sky! Hahaha!!! 😂😂😂 so fun!!!!
Kathryn Kij Samsung makes one for your phone that's around $300 there's the Theta which I have which is about 350 the customer service on that companies terrible though I seen some for his cheapest like $78 on dhgate.com I have no idea if they're any good because I haven't tried them I kind of skip to the median level
I'm a 17 year old Dutch girl with ADD, I started driving lessons a few months ago and I recently found myself struggling with driving. I had a test driving exam and the examiner told me that I need to learn how to focus more. I struggle with seeing road signs on time (sometimes I don't notice a sign and drive somewhere I'm not allowed to be), identifying a dangerous situation on time (the examiner told me that I drive in dangerous situations unnoticed and then panic because I don't know or struggle to fix the situation), following instructions that are unclear and/or forgetting them (I often had to ask 'is this the road I need to follow? Do I need to go right or left? etc.') and focusing on the road when someone is taking to me or when I'm thinking about something. My ADD doesn't affect me that much in my daily life because I follow routines and there are only 7 people in my class so focusing is not that hard (I do struggle a lot with focussing in bigger classes). My question is if someone has any tips for me and if you could possibly do a video on this topic?
Fellow Dutchie here with exactly the same problems, but at that time I didn't know I had ADHD. I hope you passed by now, but for others what helped: driving "from sign to sign" (rij van verkeersbord naar verkeersbord) to keep you focused on the signs that applies to the current situation (but also eyes on the road of course). Take time to physically practice gear shifts, even just sitting at home on the couch. Ask your instructor to tackle one new thing per lesson and repeat that thing until it becomes routine. Ask the instructor to keep the infomatiom simple and not talk incessantly. When you're later driving on your own, ask a trusted person to sit next to you and help you out in difficult situations by talking you through it if needed. And practice practice practice in quiet situations. And surprisingly: ADHD may also mean you're a pro in real emergencies! I was faster to respond than my instructor when another driver made a dangerous mistake.
OMG yes! When I first started driving I had issues like this too. It does get easier with practice. When I first started I ran off the road or hit random things in the road so often that the people at the tire shop were on a first name basis with me. And my driving instructor had a very thick accent and was a bit hard to understand at times; which of course only made things worse. I am a much much better driver now! I know it's frustrating, but with practice you will get better. It just takes time.
I have the same problem! I passed my driving test but when it comes to driving on my own I get so nervous, one time I ran a red light because there was so much going on. Thing is I’m unmedicated and wondering if meds will help
The 360 degree thing was pretty fun. I've never Seen a Video on TH-cam I could actuall interact wirh. Definitely a fun way to talk about the benefits of therapy and emotional support animals. :)
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for differentiating between an emotional support animal and a Service (Assistance) Dog. As someone who depends on my service dog, it means so much that people take the time to research and share the rules/differences. I didn’t know a place like this existed, I’d love to go there someday. This was a great video full of good reminders, can’t wait to see the next videos.
Last year I was diagnosed with ADHD (27 y/o) due a burn out. Because of my dog, my progress is going so much faster than my psychiatrist anticipated. She gives me comfort, routine and a reason to keep going, even on days I dont want to face the world. Love your videos!
i have a dog that has improved my lifr dramamtically. KitKat makes me walk, stick to routines and play a lot. And also, the 360 has been an awesome experience! Good work you all!
I have ADD and I'm learning to become a dog groomer and about to start a job at a dog kennel! It's the best!! Though ADD is still a struggle to deal with at work, it's pretty easy to calm down at work because I can just look at a dog and feel calmer!
You just made this video at the right time! Yesterday I was going through a bad adhd meltdown and was almost about to enter the full blown depression state, then after having my bus delayed for 2 hours more, I saw a man showing love and care to his dog and it was beautiful to see. So beautiful it instantly snapped me out of the depression I had and now I know why that is so thank you for making this video! 👍
My dog helped me stop my panic attack today, wich I sometimes get from severe anxiety, for example. It's so amazing how she knows what to do without being actually trained to do it. I'm so thankful for her, espcially since I know she does not like it when the situation escalates like that.
I loved sampling this tech. I'm not sure that the format technology is ready for this type of video yet, and I kept getting lost or distracted, but I really want to watch the dog one, now!
Also just noticed that the 360 does not work on my other machine and older browser. It just shows the entire shot flattened out, which is hugely distracting and somewhat distorted. Noting that here so that Brains on older setups might realize it's supposed to appear differently.
I just found this video now and at first the 360 freaked me out but then I laughed my head off like the whole video!!! Like hysterical laughter giggles!! Thanks for making me laugh like this as I haven't laughed like that in at least 6 months or more! It felt so good! Also, great content and thanks for educating about this topic. I wasn't laughing at anything you were saying, I was laughing at the craziness of the 360 video. P.s. The white board sign is so sweet! Thanks for being you!
I learned pretty quickly that having an animal that depends on me when I can't even take care of myself just leads to me neglecting the poor thing. I got a dog shortly after my husband and I settled into our first house together. I grew up with dogs in the country and they were a great sense of comfort to me after the stress of school, so I assumed having one in the house would provide a similar comfort, plus it would help me be more active, i.e. walks in the local park. However, I soon realized I was struggling to keep to a schedule for feeding or taking her out to potty. I also wasn't walking her, so she spent a lot of time cooped up and became destructive. Basically I was neglecting her as much as I tend to neglect myself. As much as I hated to, I wound up giving her away to someone who was looking for a second dog to keep their other one company so she would have a better life. It saddens me, because I love animals, and could really use an ESA for my anxiety attacks, but when I can't even remember to feed *myself* half the time and get anxious just walking out into the yard, it's not really an option.
Thank you for this comment. People would really have you believe managing a dog and ADHD is butterflies and bubble gum. I'm almost at the point of giving up my dog too. I see how she's helping me but when she's also a large source of stress, that's really difficult to deal with.
ive adhd and have had a dog for years! And couldnt be without one either. things mentioned here are very true. I also run a dog training compnay and search and rescue unit for dogs to find missing people. Good video.
I got over half way through the video before I realised how to get the 360 (accidentally started messing with the mouse) WOW. Now I am going to have to go back and watch again and again. So much for my just one quick video procrastination plan.
My psychiatrist's diagnosis last week gave me the permission to think/say I might have ADHD. Your videos give me the understanding, recognition and validation to accept that I do have ADHD. I'm 32, and I've finally found the missing piece to understanding why my waking hours are a cognitive terf war. Thank you so much. I promise to pay your kindness forward. And armed with knowledge as I now am, I actually believe I'll be able to keep it!
Great video! I came across something that I thought would be a great video! As a pediatrician I’ve had lot of parents come in with teens and pre teens who they feel are mentally delayed. They play with toys still and do younger child like things. I have adhd myself so I began thinking to myself and realized I was also somewhat delayed at 13-14. Cartoons, played with toys still... so I’ve been googling stuff and it seems to be a trend that most aren’t told about. Think for parents and others a video about this would be really amazing!
Oh god trying to watch this in a bus. The 360 moves with the damn bus! It's so cool that you have made something like this tho (but it makes me nauseous) :D
All jokes aside this video really hits home for me and I've been trying to get my parents to understand everything basically in this video. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to convince them though I know the benefits for me would be numerous. One of their arguments was a cultural one. In their Indian culture they don't believe animals should be kept as pets but have free will to roam where ever they desire and if they themselves choose to come back then it is their decision on their own time and terms so it is more like a friend than a pet; and that pets aren't supposed to be kept in the house for hygiene purposes. I still aspire to have a dog in the future when I am living on my own. Eventually, I will be in California and I think a dog would help me emotionally be away from home and the stress of a new environment. Of course, I would buy it here in Mass and get used to caring for it before I moved. Just expressing myself. Thanks for the video Jess. You always find a way to deliver to the tribe.
CutiePieZapZap do you have an animal shelter nearby? I volunteer at a shelter and a few of our volunteers come from families or cultures that do not believe in having pets in the home. Volunteering lets them get an animal "fix" and enjoy the benefits of being around animals until they are in a position to get an animal on e they are on their own. It also helps educate them on what is needed to own and care for the various types of animals if they were not raised in a family where the info was taught by the parents for whatever reason.
Same with my dad, but a begged him to get me a cavalier King Charles spaniel, we’ve had him for 4 years! And today we just got another one! Btw I found out I had ADHD last week, but it was less noticeable because I’m only very very slightly hyperactive.
Hi jessica :) I'm a 27 year old from Tel-aviv, Israel. my whole life I've being bombarded with repetitive words every person with Adhd hears quite often, such as: "potential", "lazy", "Unorganized" and so on.. after going from my own initiative to diagnose my Adhd, I also came across your channel. I literally cried while watching your ted talk because I felt like you were describing me and how I felt throughout life so far. I Don't know if telling that a person is genuine, is a distinct Adhd characteristic. nonetheless, I could clearly see the struggles you went through while also admiring the strength it took to overcome them. Thank you so much for inspiring the rest of us to do the same!
Absolutely, I've had an absolutely awful time the last 8 months... without my retired racing greyhound I'd have been just about lost. She calms me down, gives me a routine and unconditional love. Dogs + BRAINS = awesome :)
Wow, I didn't get that I actually needed to turn my phone until the perfect timing, and I was like, what is this witchcraft? How did she know i turned my phone? Haha! I've never seen a 360 video!
I almost adopted an emotional support rattlesnake, whom I found sunning himself near my cabin in the woods, but I decided, that it wouldn't be practical. I had to take over my elderly mother's dog, when she began to lose her memory, and I found, that what you are saying is true. At the very least, my fitness improved, because of the long walks. I also felt more socially connected to the neighborhood because of interactions with other dog owners, while walking.
We rescued a cat last November and my son was soooo happy (he kept asking for one), and now he reads to her and to our dog. it's true that he feels better doing it with them. Hurrah for emotional support animals!
I spent so much of the time staring in envy of the cute doggies and kitties I couldn't find the video. I was upside down and backwards staring at a blue screen, but I heard every word. My husband was offered a support pet for autism but never knew they'd offer one to me for ADHD. Thank you. 🐱
I just found this channel and listened to a ton of your videos! I love it, they helped me to realize that all of my issues really just boil down to adhd. I wasn't diagnosed until 2 years ago and I am just now looking into it. I am having trouble not over reacting to my new husband over everything. Please post more about relationships!
Great timing! This is something my sister has been looking into recently for other health reasons and our mom didn't fully understand. Plus, as a brain myself, I really want a doggo too. This vid helps on so many levels!
I love my dogs! They are my everything! I don't know where I'd be today if I didn't have them in my life. I have 2 adorable Deer Chichuachuas. They come everywhere with me. We go shopping, gym time, school, and party together (when possible). :) Especially when it comes to studying. The only thing is that emotional dogs aren't really welcome or considered to be service dogs. Luckily, I have been fortunate enough to get the support from the places I go to have them with me at all times, instead of not going somewhere to do my work, The gym manager didn't want me not coming to the gym and my dogs be an excuse. So they come and join me every day. I love doing because it helps everyone else around me. Random strangers at the gym cheer up and have told me that just seeing them has made their day or brought some form of good heartiness to their lives. This brightens up my day more too knowing I helped someone in a small way.
This episode was awesome!!! It was in 360, there were doggos, and I learned you can get service dogs for adhd:D also I found The hint you said on Twitter about the finger girl! :D I won't spoil it for others if they didn't catch it :3
Jessica! I love ur youtube! I have ADHD inattentive type, I've struggled for years but now at 22 I finally take meds and have a diagnosis. Your videos help a bunch. Lots of love from Brasil
I never realised my dog was such an emotional support until he passed away. With in 2 years my anxiety had doubled, I couldnt replace him so I brought a kitten. The same, shes one of a kind every time I cry in bed shes straight there purring and cuddling me. Animals are the best emotional support x
Fabulous video. As a fellow brain, watching this video helped me articulate why my family seems to collect dogs. (Dogs are people too). I have 3. One who sits under my desk when I work. One who sits on the chair behind me, and one who reminds me to play ever 90 minutes or so. My daughter, also a brain, has 4. Excellent video.
i originally got a service dog for worsening anxiety but little did i know he would help my adhd tremendously! every single day whether im at home or out and about hes always there to help and even though his tasks help a ton, him just being there and existing as a dog i need to care for, helps SO MUCH as well. i really recommend a service dog to those with adhd and anxiety (or depression along with those two) because mine has helped me live a happy independent life and i wouldnt have had that without him :)
Thank you for added the caveat about the service vest at the end. As someone who needs a service dog, I appreciate it. Love your videos! Keep them coming!
So many dogs I love it! And thank you so much too I recently been diagnosed at 29 your videos helped me understand so much more about myself and my adhd now I'm subscribes and can't wait for more new videos
I have 4 dogs, & have ADD, they wake me up every day, no alarm needed. The love I feel when I come home is amazing. U r welcome to see them on my channel. That place is awesome I want to go. Just the sight of all the dogs was incredible.
This channel is amazing. I was label LD as a kid and they said that I compensated for a lot of my short comings by memories words instead of learning to sounds them out and stuff like that. My brother was diagnosed with adhd at a young age because she was more disruptive. I feel like maybe I have ad/hd too but it was not as noticable because I tried to follow the rules and I was quite. Everything distracted me in schools and I was given more time on assignmwnts. Now it is effecting my home life and work life. I over schedule and under plan. My house is always clean in one area but everything else is a mess. I try to organize but I always unorganize something else in the process. I listen but do not process and I forget everything I don't write down (which is not much). I have just found your videos and I am trying to make steps to change but my husband just says that i should have changed earlier and not protested so much when we have fought in the past and will not reinforce any progress. I am going to the doctor on Monday to see if I have it or not. How do you deal with a spouse that thinks you are "not trying" or "you should have tried earlier" when you are trying it is just hard when you don't know what to do to keep things the way they want them to be?
This is sooo cool! I just picked up my iPad to walk to the next room to show my Wife the video, which was still playing - as I turned the corner into the room the view on the screen also changed! I’d love to know how this works. Thanks Jessica for all your hard work, I really appreciate it. Cheers!
Now I really want a dog! XD If I ever watch this on my phone, I better be alone in the room - I will probably swivel my phone to see all of the adorable animals
I was watching this video in 360, in a dining hall of my college. One minute in, everyone is gaping at someone sitting in a chair, smiling at a screen, and twisting in weird angles.
I love your show sooo much. Didn't discover until I was 39 that is struggled with these traits but now I am able to manage so much of my life because if your TH-cam videos. My 13 year old son who is both autistic and add, I have him watch the videos to help him with self awareness. Sooo ty ty ty for the informational, funny, personal, AWESOME VIDEOS. You and your husband made a huge difference in our lives because of your work. :). By the way now my son wants a dog. :P.
Wow so amazing 360 video is awesome, sorry Jess but Edward gets all the creds for this one from a technical perspective. I'm so sad that I don't get to spend as much time with my dogs now that I have little kids.
I have two dogs. They are smart and realize when I space out. That is when they go sneak into the treats, try to chew my shoes, jump up on the furniture, and generally break every rule. Therapy dogs also are used to help single soldiers who live in dorms. They visit them and help morale. Since soldiers aren't allowed to have pets its a great stress reliever and reminds them of pets they had to leave at home.
The 360 actually helped me pay attention to the video because I had something to do with my hand. I usually have a hard time with youtube because I know how many other videos there are to watch and want to go watch them all.
I have a nice comfy reading chair and under it I have all manner of pillows for my dog and 2 cats plus I made a makeshift table out of 2 plastic storage bins with pull out containers so I can put stuff away when I read so I have less distractions plus I can put a pillow on top then place one of my pets on it while I read
I've been trying to beg my mom for a dog for 3 years for these exact reasons. Even my dad's cat who doesn't like me or hang out with me helps me mentally. Just knowing she's somewhere in the apartment is wonderful.
I agree 100%. I myself have AHDH. I am 21 and there hasnt been a point in my life when i didnt have a dog. we recently got 3 boston terriers. and they do help out alot! guys, if your parents wont let you have a pet, volunteer at a local animal shelter! i did just for fun, and its so much fun! i guarentee your parents will let you volunteer at an animal shelter! and they might even come with you!
This is the reason why I want a dog so bad! THANK YOU for making the distinction between an ESA and a service dog or guide dog. As someone who is visually impaired, this is something that I feel strongly about, and there is so much misinformation. People rely on them for their safety and lives, so thank you for making that point incredibly clear. I personally don’t use a service dog just my cane :) but I know of others who do. anyways great and informative video as always, definitely going to look at the links you provided!
Agreed, I had to pause just to look around... That was a cute paper monster But it's also really fun ,distracting but fun. like all her videos I loved it
I don't know if "emotional support llamas" are a thing, but they are becoming a popular registered therapy animal in my area. My old high school English and Ag. Science teacher does a lot of work with her llamas and is a huge advocate for them. They're pretty cool!
This was SO cool!! Had a hard time focusing in 360 even though my meds kicked in, but this was so creative! I could watch this several times (partly because I'd have to to catch everything but also to make sure I saw every single thing) :D
Great video with both the content and production it was engaging and interactive! It was fun to pause and the messages on the white board and poster were like finding Easter eggs. Fun stuff 😊
I loved the video!!!! It was a little hard to focus at the begging specially because it was the first time I saw this kind of thing on TH-cam!! But you are right plus dogs can be super good friends! I was sick this week, so I didn't went to school and to be honest it was kind of boring because I was messing people but just having ny dog made me fell better!!! Other thing, I don't know if I already asked for this on other comment or Facebook or anywhere but could you PLEASE :) make a video about ADHD and teamwork? It's not always an easy thing :) Thanks!!!!
How to ADHD Yeah well , many...I would make a list: -When I have an idea that I know it great but I just can't put it into words so I can't share it with my classmates -Im at high school and are two kind of projects the ones I love (and those are the ones in which like to do everything and I forget we are a team) and the ones I try to focus on but they are too boring and I just get distracted and then I fell horrible because I can't help them -I hate when the social and te academic part mix because I'm scare I don't only get a bad grade but I also get into problems -When I'm the one in charge of bringing something and I forgot and then they ask me "Did you have the____?" And then I'm like oh sh&t!
First, I LOVE the intro ♥️♥️ It made me feel better. And second, I lost my dog 3 years ago 😭💔 BUT I made it my mission to go to animal shelters. I have hedgehogs. I am going to let them sleep on my lap while I work. Also, the part about their presence helping us stay focussed is so true, because when i watch music videos, I feel the presence of the artists and it actually helps me stay focussed! This is so amazing! ♥️
This was a fantastically beneficial video thank you! The 360 Deg is cool but 99.9% thanks is for the content & support you bring. Will be sharing this with my young son also to encourage him to come out for dog walks more often.
I have a love hate relationship with the 360. I love it because I love seeing all the things.... but I hate it because I keep having to pause the video so I can take the time to see all the things. Loved the video though!
Some official service dogs do perform "emotional support animal" services IF their training is specially geared toward, say, PTSD. A friend of mine has a service dog who performs multiple tasks for him--she provides seizure alerts, helps him calm down when he has an anxiety attack building or in progress, helps him refocus on present surroundings if he has a PTSD flashback, and she also provides actual physical support (paired with a specialized harness) for physical instability that follows flashbacks, anxiety attacks, and seizures.
Great confirmation/celebration of the value of dogs to us (ok - having to go “walkies” when I don’t feel like it does at least get me outside for the therapeutic benefits that brings). Not so sure about the anthropomorphisation bit though - I tend to meet animals half-way, get to understand their POV (hence I’ve been successful as an occasional “whisperer” - the Bonanza song got it wrong). Speaking of POV I was amazed by the way you used 360 - had me scrolling to see backwards and check out the lighting setup. Wow!
Hello brains!! There were a few small glitches in the video we couldn't get rid of, it's pretty new technology so bear with us :D
ALSO -- I explained as much as I could in the video without it going on too long, but there's a lot more to service dogs and emotional support animals and finding a good fit -- check out the links in the description, and if you have any questions post them here and Alex (HowlingEclipse on YT) who works with dogs and helped out with this episode might be able to answer them for you!
yay!!! :D Yep tis me, feel free to bombard me with dog questions! I have not yet gotten sick of being questioned about dogs ^-^
How to ADHD I love your dogo
Animals are awesome. SO MANY FLUFFIIIEES in the video. On a serious note when i left the Army i was given two Service Dogs. One that was rescued from the war zone and had been a trained Army dog and aone trained here in the states. They were amazing.
OMG so cool! lol this is fun :D
THANK YOU for mentioning how 'fake' service animals hurt the real ones! I appreciate you taking the time to avoid spreading misinformation
"Full discalimer, dogs are not doctors."
Dog in a doctor's outfit, "I have no idea what I'm doing"
BayLaugh Animations drew lynch's service dog stella would be upset about that comment
My dog's name is Dogtor...
Gulf Giggle Animations XD
I trust the average dog way more than every doctor I've ever dealt with.
"And now, VETERINARIAN'S HOSPITAL: the continuing story of a former orthopedic sugeon who's gone to the dogs."

One of the hardest things for me being away from home at uni is not having my dog here. I honestly never realised how important she was to me until she wasn't there. She shared my excitement, cheered me up when I was down and was my favourite thing about life at home.
P Yarker My therapy dog passed away but when he was here, we would go to the student union building to hang out with the university students. Win win
It’s not fair to give us a 360 video! you know how easily we get distracted! So hard to focus on listening, with so much stuff around 😂😂

Sprinkle Creativity ++++
I agree. I am already speeding up videos with a plugin and turning on captions just to help me focus, and then she throws in the 360. It's alright though, sort of like a virtual fidget cube.
Yes it is hard to keep up and overwhelming but my oh my was it fun!
It was indeed really fun! But oh boy 😂
I watched it twice, one where I explored, and one where I tried to focus on listening, and just looked at the little screen
Haha i was just thinking that! i didn’t catch much she said, i’ll have to listen to it again but without looking 😂
Omg me neither!!
Same
Me too 😂
So true!
I do want to tackle this topic, yes! It gets easier -- I got into quite a few accidents when I was younger, but now I drive like a pro :D
I agree. It does get easier.
Thank you so much for discussing the difference between an emotional support animal & a service dog. Keep up the good work!
F. N. I believe dogs are one of God’s greatest creation. Unconditional love and understanding 🐾🐾❤️
i have a dog that has improved my lifr dramamtically. KitKat makes me walk, stick to routines and play a lot.
And also, the 360 has been an awesome experience! Good work you all!
Spinning around in my kitchen because I have to see ALL THE DOGS.
Loved this 💖
I'm so glad you make this video because all your videos help with my ADHD
BoogieAnd
this video style was sooo engaging!! my dog passed away earlier this year, thank you for the vicarious puppy therapy💕
She doesn't need training for caring for you, dogs are like us in that way. That right there is unconditional love
I loved sampling this tech. I'm not sure that the format technology is ready for this type of video yet, and I kept getting lost or distracted, but I really want to watch the dog one, now!
link in the description!
I actually have an emotional support cat
W. William Bourez me too! Gherkin is my 2nd support cat.
Cool, emotional support cats are awesome
Me too ❤🐈
Also just noticed that the 360 does not work on my other machine and older browser. It just shows the entire shot flattened out, which is hugely distracting and somewhat distorted. Noting that here so that Brains on older setups might realize it's supposed to appear differently.
Wade Patton Yeah it happens that way when you watch this video on Facebook
I just found this video now and at first the 360 freaked me out but then I laughed my head off like the whole video!!! Like hysterical laughter giggles!! Thanks for making me laugh like this as I haven't laughed like that in at least 6 months or more! It felt so good! Also, great content and thanks for educating about this topic. I wasn't laughing at anything you were saying, I was laughing at the craziness of the 360 video. P.s. The white board sign is so sweet! Thanks for being you!
This is easily the best use of 360° video I've seen. It was gr888!
aww thanks! Edward will appreciate that...as soon as he comes out of the post-editing coma :D
NOOOO SHUT UP
Hi jessica :)
I'm a 27 year old from Tel-aviv, Israel. my whole life I've being bombarded with repetitive words every person with Adhd hears quite often, such as: "potential", "lazy", "Unorganized" and so on.. after going from my own initiative to diagnose my Adhd, I also came across your channel.
I love the 360° format !!! Please keep'em coming, thanks.
My best friend past away a few years ago. She helped me soooo much. The best thing to ever happen to me.. Love and miss her..
Wow, I didn't get that I actually needed to turn my phone until the perfect timing, and I was like, what is this witchcraft? How did she know i turned my phone? Haha! I've never seen a 360 video!
This Is So TRUE!! Thank You for posting this video!! My 2 dogs help me calm down much faster and make me feel more "normal"
This is the coolest thing ever!!! Usually I scroll through the comments while watching videos but I couldn't stop rotating the screen.
I think that was a good call about the rattlesnake. Good to hear you found support with a dog.
Ooh 360 is stressful I just don't want to miss any of those adorable dogs and kitties but I can't see all 360 degrees of cute animals at once😭
I paused it so I can see all of them
That IS dilemma!
Kd Unicorn Just pause it and move your phone around while holding it in your hand. This technology is crazy cool! I love it! 🎉🎆👍
Thank you. 🐱
OMG I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! I will need to watch maybe 2 or 3 more times as i explore your video!!!!
Sam dogs and adhd go perfect together 🐾❤️
I have 3 cats and they keep me sane
Yay! This is great! You have hit another one out of the park! Thank you for your amazing work!
:D I won't spoil it for others if they didn't catch it :3
Joodles Noodles THANK YOU FOR SPOILING IT FOR ME
now i need to rewatch this until i see it. Good bye productivity
You posted the same day as Hank did OMD yes best day ever I needed this I have had a melt down every day sense last Friday so thank you
thanks for making these videos!! I'm VERY ADHD and it gets in the way of a lot of things.
I love how you've actually cited your sources for the video! That way we can see what studies you're talking about.
So many dogs I love it! And thank you so much too I recently been diagnosed at 29 your videos helped me understand so much more about myself and my adhd now I'm subscribes and can't wait for more new videos
This 360 thing is crazy. I think I spent 20 minutes looking around everything! Thank you for the links to Canadian ressources
“Why are you looking up here?” At the end XD
Camille Ehrich HAHAHA LOVE IT! I went back and watched the last 15 or so seconds to find that! ;)
XD
If I ever watch this on my phone, I better be alone in the room - I will probably swivel my phone to see all of the adorable animals
Thanks so much for putting in a Canada link!
I was watching this video in 360, in a dining hall of my college. One minute in, everyone is gaping at someone sitting in a chair, smiling at a screen, and twisting in weird angles.
when you said "right" I was like "where?"
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 great video!
My ESA DOG really helps me with my anxiety and my ADHD !
I have 2 cats and they are pretty much like dogs. And I watched all this video.
I love watching all your videos too BTW.
It's always trippy to watch 360° videos. I miss having a pet.
The 360 actually helped me pay attention to the video because I had something to do with my hand. I usually have a hard time with youtube because I know how many other videos there are to watch and want to go watch them all.
I knew subconsciously why I have 5 dogs. They are so loving and keep me calm
She puts so much work into the description, I wonder how she pays attention and dosen’t get distract- *OH LOOK ANOTHER VIDEO!!!*
great info ^^ my husband and I have discussed the possibility of getting me a pet for this reason 😊
Kimber Mattison I’m living proof dogs are the best therapy!
I am very late to the party, but this video is a physical manifestation of my ADHD! Not the point of the video, but I loved that none the same.
This video is great, My dog helps me a lot I believe and cheers me up when I need it the most.
The 360ness was so distracting xD but also fantastic to see all the furbabies
Agreed, I had to pause just to look around... That was a cute paper monster
But it's also really fun ,distracting but fun. like all her videos I loved it
I don't know if "emotional support llamas" are a thing, but they are becoming a popular registered therapy animal in my area.
It's not always an easy thing :)
Thanks!!!!
teamwork, hmmm...that could involve a lot of things, do you have any challenges in particular?
How to ADHD
Yeah well , many...I would make a list:
-When I have an idea that I know it great but I just can't put it into words so I can't share it with my classmates
-Im at high school and are two kind of projects the ones I love (and those are the ones in which like to do everything and I forget we are a team) and the ones I try to focus on but they are too boring and I just get distracted and then I fell horrible because I can't help them
-I hate when the social and te academic part mix because I'm scare I don't only get a bad grade but I also get into problems
-When I'm the one in charge of bringing something and I forgot and then they ask me "Did you have the____?" And then I'm like oh sh&t!
oh dangit I forgot to make this one! oops
Awesome editing and video! So amazing!
This was a fantastically beneficial video thank you! The 360 Deg is cool but 99.9% thanks is for the content & support you bring. Will be sharing this with my young son also to encourage him to come out for dog walks more often.
Love the 360 effect it was really fund to play with during the video
This is the only video I’ve been actually interested in for a while there is so much to look at😂😂
I have a love hate relationship with the 360. I love it because I love seeing all the things.... but I hate it because I keep having to pause the video so I can take the time to see all the things. Loved the video though!
Fascinating!! The 360 was the bomb
This video is so cool. Also, SO MANY DOGS!
Wow!
