So, I decided to braid my hair again. It is one of my favorite hairstyle and I always do them on myself, but this time I tried the knotless method and this is how it went...
Super Long Butt/Thigh Length Knotless Goddess Box Braids
Products:
5 packs of EZ Braid Pre Stretched Hair in 20in and 26in (two lengths isn't necessary I was being weird)
1 bundle of Masterwave French Wave Hair in 30in

Hey,
Tried these out for a cute back to school look and it turned out really professional looking and light-weight.
To everyone else who wants to try this out I recommend using pre-stretched braiding hair, I found mind Amazon. I used 5/8 packs of hair because I did mine super small and knee length (I'm 5'9). It took me a total of 5 days of consistent braiding, around 10 hours per day (not including the day that I washed and blow dried my 4b kinky hair). I absolutely urge everyone to blow dry their hair before you attempt as it will prevent knotting and tangling as you go. I braided all the way to the end of the braid to increase the longevity of this style. My finally steps were setting my ends with hot water and some mousse.
If you're a beginner like me I found that my ideal set up was a door mirror to my left/right (depending on what side I was braiding) and a medium size mirror behind me. Play around with the mirrors, but it having two helped me to see that back of my head as I was parting. I also recommend sectioning your pack of braiding hair and if you don't having a braiding hook, like me, just neatly place the hair on a chair in a horseshoe shape so you can grab and braid.
It's definitely took me a lot of time, but it was well worth it. I can't speak to the longevity of this style as I finished it a few hours ago, but I expect it to last me during the first few months of my school year. The extra braiding hair I have will be used to redo the front of my hair as it gets messy.

it took 3 full days I think. I took them out after 3 weeks, but could've gone longer
