This was actually in August, but I have been on many cruises during December. (I will also be on one in 2 weeks). I, personally, have never had an issue with the water being cold. The weather is quite warm, so the water is refreshing. I do always pack one outfit just in case there is some random cold day.

No. They were very strict on drones. We didn’t even bring one on. Those shots are from a 360 go pro.
