    Can you parasail at Junkanoo beach, it's on my bucket list and we are doing it in July when we get on the Sunshine.

      Thank you for watching. I hope you enjoy your trip that’s coming in up in July. Unfortunately, I’ve never seen anyone parasailing there. I don’t know that they offer that as an option. You may be able to get that as an excursion from the cruise.

      I was there in 2023 and did not see any parasailing anywhere on the island you should go to aruba they have it there and it's awesome 😊

    How much is it to rent 2 lounger chairs + beach umbrella? Official and "real" negotiated price?

    • @letsgoseeit457
      @letsgoseeit457  39 นาทีที่ผ่านมา

      There’s no official price. The chairs are secondhand and often times it’s broken along with the umbrellas. They will charge you as much as you’re willing to pay. The most reasonable price would be five dollars for a chair and $10 for an umbrella.

    Hey! Nice video but background music is not necessary. It is fatiguing to the ears. The music does not add anything. You voice is ni e and clear! You dont make gulping noises or weird smacking sounds. I could listen to you talk all day....just without the music!

    Walked to Junkanoo quite a few years ago from the cruise port. It is a bit of a walk so be prepared, some of the sidewalks are a bit rough for those of us who are somewhat handicapped, I’d try to get a negotiated cab ride there. It is a good choice if you aren’t interested in the expensive excursions. You can have an inexpensive day that will be interesting. The new port village area inside the terminal compound is nice, new and clean but if you want to get a taste of Nassau walk out into the public area. If you walk right through the entire port compound to the end near the bandshell there should still be an exit located there and you won’t be hounded by so many local vendors driving you crazy. The straw market is right near that exit also.

      Thank you for the comment. I’ve been to Nassau several times and agree that this beach is a good value and sees you a lot on excursion.

    • @letsgoseeit457

      You can always get multiple excursions once you exit the cruise ship. You just have to be careful to get back before you ship leaves.

    I wish the United States government would just revert back the laws against Cuba to the times when Obama was the president. I can't imagine spending thousands of dollars to go on a cruise to the Bahamas and end up in that little section of a beach,over crowded and rocks everywhere, I would be very disappointed for sure.

    • @letsgoseeit457
